68 Subway management need to give crash course
In customer service to the staff at this outlet.
No reaction no acknowledgement such a dead face and I don’t care attitude.
This is second time back to back I experienced this.
Can’t trust how good they might have prepared my sub with this attitude.
Very rude staff. I ordered a falafel salad and asked her to add avacado and beetroot without knowing that it will be charged extra. Of course the lady didn’t say anything and charged me extra during billing. When asked that why she didn’t inform me before.she was like rolling her eyes. Very clearly she doesn’t love her job.
I went today to buy sandwich and there is one indian girl standing in counter and her rude behaviour towards customers is just not tolerant.very rude doesn't even know how to talk to other people. Why our Indian punjabi girls behave like they r born or brought up here. Respect others plz desana da beda garg hoya pya tauba if you indian girls doesn't love your job why you working there.
I had mixed experiences there. Sometimes good but few times had bad experience. They should really need to keep their bread size good.
We bought 4 meal and they gave two cookies less than other subways. The machine for drinks does nor work and no one fixes it and it comes out with water.
Shocking customer service. They refuse to accept the Entertainment Book as well, the manager said it was "an American website. " it's sad to see staff so poorly trained. Floor, tables and kitchen are filthy, flies everywhere. I've given this store so many chances, each time hoping it will improve but no, it keeps getting worse. No more. I'm done.
My last order from this store was horrible. They gave me an over-toasted bun and sticking cheese to the wrap. Very poor service
Rude staff, they conversate in their local language even in front of the customers, which is quite unethical.
Staff was friendly food seemed not so fresh and well your logo is eat fresh so says a lot about what your serving to your customers. For the price id want just fresh lettuce not something black
Food was fresh however the place was disgusting. Left overs from customers everywhere inside. Staff was not interested in keeping the place clean.
Also noticed that bins were full and left overs were over flowing and coming out of bin.
No hand sanitizer at the entrance. Even after advising the staff they still didn’t replace the empty bottle. I recon they are trying to save money.
The staff are really really bad at there their job. Food is fine, just the standard of service that's the problem
Went there today to buy a large teriyaki chicken salad paid for a large and it was a medium size serve at best won't be going back again
Very bad service from this subway and not hygienic And no co -ordination in between the staff customer is confused who is dealing his meal, especially I have seen these 2 girls name Manju and Bharti are not making the meal hygienically and rude behaviour not recommended this subway especially this Covid 19 time.
Says its open at 0830. Been waiting for half an hour, the shop is still closed. They need to understand and respect customers time. This is not how people would like to get treated.
They don’t pack foot long in 2 separate packing. Upon asking they are demanding to pay for two 6” inch price. I have come across this before.

Well. I had the best sandwich I've ever had. I asked for the kids name, Cooper Dodd best sandwich maker there. Nice to see that they still hire aussies, almost given on the place.
Love this subway been going there for about 9 years now get the same every time and I swear it just gets better also great staff all the girls are amazing
