68 I'm normally a big fan of Subway, but my recent 2 experiences at this store were very disappointing. The service was slow and unfriendly, I asked staff to add some veggies but the staff denied and answered that “ We can change the menu”, I believe they do not know that subway is already customised food. The staff even did not allow me to change the bread and said we can not change the menu.
The staff has lack training here.
Poor customer service. Please train your staff to be more polite and not speak so loud in their own language in front of their customers.
They never spread the meat out on the roll properly, always having to ask them for extra cucumber, lettuce etc.because they don’t like to put a decent amount on.
Customer service not good, no smiles, no nice greeting.
I had a $20 ultimate eats voucher and my order was over that amount and they wouldn’t let me pay with the voucher and then the rest on my debit card…
I’m sick and tired of subways never opening at the time specified on the website and the store I sent in front for ages just to see some little Indian girl walk in 20 mins after there supposed to open then have to wait another 30 to order opening time 07: 30am actual time 8: 30am ridiculous
Huge catering order was perfect - enjoyed the subs, wraps and cookies - thank you to the friendly and helpful staff - will definitely order again.

I order subway fron here for lunch. Dont go with money as they never have change. The girl that works here always run to dominos next door to get change. Maybe i should shop at dominos and save them an errand.
I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely horrible service, rude staff, dirty store and rubbish sub. Interesting how it took weeks for me to be able to post this review, must be getting a lot of negative feedback lately. Management should take note!
Absolutely horrible, food is always bad quality and the restaurant is filthy most of the time. They NEVER awnser the phone. Horrible customer service when it comes to delivery order.
You try and call in regards to your order only for the the staff to answer the phone and then hang up on you. What is the point in having a phone and no one can answer it. Staff don't listen to order notes when they are put through so calling is sometimes the only way to make sure orders are followed and done correctly. Management need to train staff to answer the phone and not answer to hang up on customers.
The only subway I go to. Friendliest of staff and their customer service couldn't be any better. 10/10 recommend. Absolutely love this place
I’ve been here quite a few times and today was the last time, I’m sick of the RUDE staff and the fact that you have to ask for extra salad and sauce because they are that stingy and don’t even put enough that you would be able to taste it (I was given four pieces of capsicum for a footlong). I would’ve thought it was Common courtesy not to walk around the back of the store talking in another language and especially after you’ve asked the customer what they want and then not even hear them because your to busy blabbering in Indian to even here your CUSTOMER (just rude honestly) then charge me extra for everything including lettuce, carrots, capsicum and sauce DON’T GO THERE DRIVE THE EXTRA DISTANCE AND FIND A DIFFERENT SUBWAY!
Worst staff service, do they know meaning of hospitality? Moreover, i asked them to wrap my food properly as its basic thing, he said its not mandatory. Seriously?
So slow to make subs for online delivery, and the subs were miserable. They clearly don't care.
Prices displayed above head different to what I was charged at the register, when questioned I was told the prices went up?
Cookies here are bad, thin and hard compared to any other subway I've been to they are always thick and soft other than that service was good and the sandwich itself was good.
Not the beat service, staff not that welcoming.
Also, the tables outside have not been cleaned in a long time, very dusty and unclean. When I asked if the table could be cleaned, it was done grugedly.
The food was fresh, though

When asked if they could turn off a consistent beeping, they mumble under their breath.
When asked to add more toppings; they mumble.
Super rude and don’t listen to customers at all.
Super important to mention - they don’t change their gloves nearly enough.
Don't really know what to say about this place. Better Subway franchises out there. Foodwise, and service. Place needs work.
This store has messed me around multiple times. But this time has really ticked it off. Did an online order, went in to pick up 4 foot longs 4 drinks pretty simple? You’d think so but no. Got there and they put 2 drinks and cookies in, tried to tell me I ordered cookies and no drinks I showed my receipt and said I didn’t order cookies. They continued to argue with me. I stood my ground. The manager told me I could “report on subway online” and I said why would I report it online when I’m standing here right on front of you asking for my order to be correct before I leave. They continued to argue so I took the cookies out and took my drinks out of the fridge and got home whole order is wrong, and beetroot in my sub and I’m allergic. The attitude on the staff is disgusting
Before you can even get to the point of how terrible the staff put together a wrap or sub, we need to start with the lack of customer service, they can’t even greet you let alone crack a smile. Staff stand around and talk in their own language rather than serve customers. Asking them for your order is like you’ve inconvenienced there whole day. There is no effort into working a little quicker when a lot of people waiting in line. There is no effort when making food they just slap it all on so one end of the sub is just bread and the other side can’t close. Never seen a more useless bunch of staff in one place.
