Always clean and service is friendly and quick, they have different products than other shops go here for something new

This shop is far more superior to others in the Frankston area. Always clean and the staff are friendly and inviting. They always seem to have something new i cant find in other shops near the city so love to come here when traveling for work. Would highly recommend. Not your average Subway

Dont confuse this store with the awful one in the food court. Food is fresh an the staff are fast and nice.good place to get a sandwich on the run when on break!

The quality of the ingredients here is pretty standard for a Subway restaurant, though my real disappointment here comes from the fact that there have been multiple times when I have wanted food from here and the store had been closed hours earlier than advertised, with no reason or explanation from the staff, who are still inside the store.

Always happy to grap a quick & filling meal from here. You can never be disappointed, as you are the one able to choose what you want (from the healthy salad bar) to put in your rolls.

Best Subway in melb! The girls are super friendly and this shop is spotless. Food always looks fresh unlike others in the area and I love that I always get the best bread. Awesome loyalty program and they know how to look after locals! My go to Subway

My fave store! A lot of care and pride goes into that shop you can tell as soon as you walk in. Great vibe and athmosphwere! Best in the local area! Ask for your VIP card!

Never had a bad experience at this store. The girls there are fast and friendly and know my order. The owner knows me by name. Always fresh I always see items baking in the oven and can smell them when i walk in. Other Subways take note - this is how you run a Subway shop!

Can't complain about my food I had a lovely subway of off an really lovely young lady I think the job was fairly new for her as she seemed a little nervous, my low rating was because there was another girl there that was telling my server what to do and she told her she had put to much cheese on my sub I didn't really care, but she made the server take the cheese off the sub that contained meat ect and put it back into the cheese dish. When I pointed out that she probably shouldn't take food off of sins and put it back in the tray as its contaminated with the other ingredients and pointed out that a vegetarian can't have that cheese now as its touched meat! She went on to tell me all the food is contaminated and if I wanted the cheese back on I could pay extra, I didn't want to have a argument and didn't really care about the cheese but think the managers or trainers need a lesson on kitchen hygiene and about cross contamination as there training new people wrong all the food shouldn't be contaminated with meat and a better way to approach it would have been to tell her that potion of cheese was a little large and next time give a little less I don't know what she was trying to achieve apart from poor food standards.
