The ten year old I took there said it was the best subway he has ever had. Make
Of that what you will. But every time I’ve been there they have been good so can’t complain about that.

Ordered via Menulog for some subway, ordered my subway and received no chicken in it, just my veggies. Horrible place would not recommended, stinks

Friendly staff.they're always training new people, and the newbies are always pleasant, receive help from their colleagues, and seem happy to work there.so, not just a nice place to eat, but a nice place to work, too.frankston needs that.great food.whenever i wonder what i want to eat, i always consider subway to be the healthy and smart option.they rarely make mistakes in prep, and sometimes they even leave nice messages.there's nothing like a tasty sub with meat, greens, and sauce to fill a meal slot.easy to order on menulog.so many places have borked menues or missing items, or don't let you clarify what you want unless you put it in the notes section (which the drivers NEVER obey). This subway's menu, however, is neat and tidy and feels complete.it's my subway of preference. (no offense to other subways)

Disgusting service. No longer provide the ability to control how your sub is made. The sub I was watching made looked like a dog's breakfast and I ended up walking out after a rude unhelpful staff member who provided lack of service

Absolutely great customer service. Getting served sometimes by Brandon he is an absolute great person and doesn’t disappoint. That’s the only subway store I ever buy from and definitely will go there in future times.

Don’t order in Uber eats and Menulog because they don’t make orders ready. Riders has to wait more than 30 minutes to collect the order.

Frankston subway is ridiculous, they don’t listen and always angry when being served, everyone seems to be sad or just not happy working there, there rush there subs and just chuck a big amount of salads to point I couldn’t eat it

Placed an order today via the app and it did not go through! My card was charged. Called the store asking for a refund on the order they hung up. This is ridiculous never going there again.

Front of store staff were friendly however the middle management's treatment and how they spoke to said staff has reflected poorly on their performance and their confidence which would would affect the quality of my meal. Unfortunate as the staff were patient yet the managers were not.

Its ok, just watch those flying eshays (seagulls) who'll try and nick your food without warning

My sub was great but the cookies were WAY overcooked!

Subway cookies are meant to be soft and chewy not rock hard! (Also second time i’ve tried their cookies and both times were hard as a rock)

Was so impressed with my recent visit (15/11) that I had to bump them up to 5 stars. Service was impeccable. They even sourced nutritional information for me and were meticulous with preparing my food and making sure I was happy with everything. Staff were lovely and I couldn't fault them

This Place is a joke. Suppose to close at 10pm went there around 8: 30 and they already Cleaning up. Was knocking on the door and they dont even care about. Please change you timing on website. If you guys wanna close early

Brandon’s service was absolutely amazing we had a great chat while he was making my lunch and made my day 10 times better I’ll be sure to come back to chat to him again!

Never had a bad sandwich at Frankston Subway. So for that reason I will keep going back. I do miss the daddy music from days gone by though.

So bad there was not at all garlic sauce and its not crispy at all, staff is rude too oh god

They took your money and won’t give you your food!
Made a click and collect order today. Got an confirmation email and a collection time, drove all the way to the store and they decided to close early without noticing customers.
I saw the staff was locking the doors and was about to leave.
I asked about my order, they simply said “We are going home now” and walked off. Ridiculously rude!

Was so hungry after watching a movie walked in all the staff were laughing and arguing about who was gonna serve me terrible service maybe subway need to hire more mature people left empty handed and still hungry
