I had to repeat my order 3 times before the person even started making it I think she was probably in training but wasn't wearing a training badge you need to supply them with 1 please. I couldn't really understand her but I asked her if she was training and she said no but the other lady said she was I would have gone so much easier on her and not been as fast with my order if she was wearing a training badge. I cannot complain though due to the bad service I was given a freebie

Worst ever experience with food. Condiments were terrible and not enough quantity even if you tell them put extra they still won’t do it.trying to save and tight arse owner. Look after your customers mate.

Worst customer service.
She can’t even communicate the customers.
She is touching the food with no gloves on.

I would strongly recommend to change the gloves after touching meats before handdle salads. Staff was friendly place was clean and tidy.

The staff was rude and very unprofessional, girl at the front making fun of customers rather than helping them with order and showing attitude.very poor customer service.

Had to make a note-to-self: Never go the Commonwealth Bank at Keilor Downs Plaza on an empty stomach. Why? Because the irresistible aromas from the Subway next door that filter straight into the bank will only make standing in the queue even more unbearable.

I came in at 7: 45am on a Tuesday the place was clean my ham cheese and egg roll was delicious but there were flies in behind the sneeze glass where the food was. The worker shooed them away and nothing touched what I chose to eat but if there were no flies I would have put salad on my roll. Maybe some more fly zappers needed.

Flys on the food amd bugs flyind in the back. The smoothies were frozen blocks of yuck with a little water. Not clean at all.

The guys served us and it was all good. No complaints.

Excellent customer service and spoke to customers to keep them intrigued, fresh food and a good lunch or dinner.

The indian lady which is on front was too rude even she was showing off.she does not make subway in a good way.when we ask them to put more she was smiling and did not feel guilty and he charge us two six inches price rather that footlong.she chuck the doors of all machine in front of us.she was showing his attitude.
