Worse service ever exacerbated by management who cannot accept feedback.
Just looking for my order that never arrived. When finally they did respond, a lady who called me stating she was the owner responded quite aggressively and then hung up.
Disgraceful behaviour. Even worse management.
Honestly won't be surprised when the management here run this franchise in to the ground. Greedy gross and shameful local business.

Really bad. I ordered footlong and dare double Expresso through menulog and the order was missing the dare double Expresso drink. It's really bad when your expecting to eat and have a drink with it and when order arrives with missing item.

Guy saw me walk in, I stood in front of him while it took him 5 minutes to put on his gloves. Then another dude walked in and and the the other end. Then he goes and serves him. I told him I was next and that I'm going to go to KFC instead. Rubbish service.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. Last week ordered a meatball sub though Uber, received frozen meatballs. This week ordered through Uber received sub with NO meatballs, just cheese? ! Called and wanted a new sub sent as delivery is $2.99 and I’m a sole parent. This is a treat for my son on Fridays. Said I would need to come in. Explained my situation and how that was impossible. Unless I put 3 kids aged 2-13 on the bus with me. Still wouldn’t help me. Had to order a new sub from different store in the end so paid double delivery. Save yourself the headache go to a different franchise

I've been coming to this place for ages, always ordering the same thing. At first the sandwiches were really nice, but they gradually decreased in quality up until the point where they were no longer edible. The last time I ordered from this store, I recieved a Subway with what seemed like cardboard lettuce in it - you could tell all the ingredients were not even remotely fresh; chicken, lettuce, tomato etc. On top of that, the amount I paid for the same exact meal varied each time I went into the store. My sandwiches were not treated as if someone was actually going to consume it after the workers had finished their rough, careless process. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I go here often but today was the only time I ever had a problem I asked for a footlong and she kept trying to give two six inches and I had to get her boos to get my order done I know sounds like a Karen but I'm not when U got home to eat it 4 out of 8 meatballs were rock hard I can't even cut it with a knife

Really disappointed and disgusted. The staff member used the same gloves after handling money and continued to handle food straight afterwards for the next 4 customers whilst I was in the store. Ran out of sauce after two squirts and looked at me to see if I wanted another sauce and I politely asked for her to re-fill it and she reluctantly went out the back and came back with a filled up bottle. Won't be going there again!

From today onwards I will never going to eat subway in my whole life because I really got terrible stomach pain. There were flies on bacon and I told to the girl in customer service and she tried to take the files out with her hand and she told me she will take out after but no she will serve that to another customer guys we love subway because of hygiene but looking how they handle food really made me sad sorry guys but never going to eat subway from today onwards.

First time eating SUBWAY’s garlic cheese bread (Subway cheesy garlic toastie). It appeared to have copious amount of mayonnaise (?) which made the bread soggy. It wasn’t nice, like others I’ve had elsewhere. Who eats garlic cheese bread with mayo anyway?

Gave me the wrong order on uber eats and missing half of my order. Won't even pick up their dam phone. Worst subway ever. Burnt one sub to the point it was just rock solid. Would not recommend subway keilor

They decided to reject my order on menu log and it charged me regardless, now I won't get a refund for however many business days. Thanks a lot guys! Great work ethic

Plz ask them to change gloves if you are vegetarian otherwise they use same gloves for vegetarian and non vegetarian food.

Really good service like subway in Melbourne. Their service counter and staffs are very friendly and their approach is highly welcome. Nice big subway place to sit and eat. Highly recommended for all subway lovers.

The food was as to be expected, however the place/area seemed dirty and the server didn't care where she sprayed her tomato sauce (all over the salad) and on closer inspection, it was all really dirty with toppings and mixed. No care taken by the server to address this/rectify it. Also, the place was cash-only. No explaination given; seemed super dodgy.

I would appreciate it the employees at subway could at least speak English! The woman could not understand what I was saying and it was evident she was not fluent in English. I asked for all the salads and she didn’t put jalapeños, beetroot or olives! Subway you need to hire English speeking workers in Australia!

When given the choice of "fresh or toasted"
I always ask for microwaved.
This melts the cheese but keeps the bread soft and also helps keep the sub hot for the drive home.

I was flat out refused for this choice.
The employee told me they are "Not allowed". But after I explained how other stores carried out this task and how often I ask for this choice. The employee changed their mind and reluctantly accepted.

By this stage I lost my urge for a subway and decided to leave as I think it would've caused less stress for everyone.

This may be a small deviation but it is still not a hard task to carry out and I know for a fact it is allowed.

Ordered a avocado vegie delite foot long amonst one other. The italian foot long was fine. All ingredients were there.
The avocado delite? Apparently there was chees on it. Anyway there was nothing esle.
Surely if the first one had all the badics, why not the second one.
I'll make my own bloody sandwiches from now on.
Why would I pay 10 or 1w dollars for a piece of bread.
Can't even scroll up or down my review.
Whatever.

Its says open in front but no one open the gate in morning 08: 30 whereas opening timing is 08: 30 am.

Its very frustrating for customers

Staff need to be trained for how to behave with customers, if they still can’t find this a solution they have to change the staff. From my side it’s 0 star
