30 This must be the worst subway in the area
Definitely the worst I've been to.
I gave 2 stars because the place was clean but I ordered a tuna subway $10.95
And they were so stingy with the tuna and salad
Hardly any tuna so thinly spread all I could taste was the bread
Very stingy with the veges too hardly any
I could see why.
Owner operators skimming the customer for more profit
But they don't realise
I won't be back!
Higher price.about $1.50 more than other Melbourne locations. And tight on the serve of chicken
One of the original Subway franchises, it has been sold to a number of different owners since then but the quality remains the same.
Easy to get to from Either Boundary Road or Lower Dandenong Rd.
It could do with more parking so during meal times it can be a bit crowded.
Has a large patronage from workers in the local industrial area.
Has indoor / outdoor dining, not toilet or disabled parking
Subway have jacked up their prices, removed tasty cheese from their menu, and decided not all stores are part of their "world" Sandwitch day offer. Disappointing. (Couldnt give 1 star as the staff were nice at this store)
Poor customer service. Forgot to pick up my juice bottle from the cashier table as i was in hurry. I work 2 minutes away from this place. So rang up but the guy says he remember me but can't see the bottle. I was the only customer at the time.
Walked in with my friend before the internet listed closing time. Staff member served me and refused to serve my friend as they had now closed!
So I left my food & we both went up the road to another subway where we were treated with great customer sevice
Very small store but clean and neat. Avoid the rush and go before or after the lunch hour. They are generous with their jalapenos which is a big plus for me:)
Friendly customer service, plenty of seating and parking is reasonable. No complaints about the quality of food and the restaurant was clean.
