Has to be one of the worst Subways in Melbourne.
Rude staff, stale bread, no Swiss or cheddar cheese and cookies were rock solid

Would give this zero stars if I could. Always closed 1 - 1.5 hours before stated closing times. On the rare chance you do get served, the owner is incredibly rude and food is slapped together with no care and ends up being a big mess when unwrapped to try and eat it.

Bloke in the north melbourne jumper, makes a good sub. Very polite and professional. I will be back

I had the absolute displeasure of visiting Subway Braeside, and I can say with utmost certainty that it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The customer service was beyond terrible, and the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They didn't care about my preferences and didn't make my order the way I asked them to.
As a vegetarian, I was appalled to see that the staff used the same gloves for handling meat and vegetables, which completely defeated the purpose of me ordering a veggie sub. When I asked them to use a fresh pair of gloves, the staff member talked back to me in a condescending and dismissive manner.
To add insult to injury, the staff member also talked to me very rudely about the price, as if I was a nuisance for asking how much my meal would cost. The whole interaction left me feeling belittled and disrespected, and I can't believe that such blatant racism and discrimination still exist in this day and age.
Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting Subway Braeside if you value basic human decency and respect. The staff are unprofessional, rude, and completely indifferent to the needs and preferences of their customers. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where you will be treated with the respect and dignity that you deserve.

They don’t open till 3pm as it says on their opening hours. It’s 2.30pm right now and they are closed. Disappointed as we drove here thinking it’s open. Misleading customers.

Minimalist styled restraint food is par for subway which generally feels like it's declining lately but the shop it's self has good service.

Happy regular. Place is clean, staff are super friendly & the food is always fresh. I've never had to wait long at all for my orders. Definitely the best Subway in the area. Thank you

I thoroughly agree with the other reviews here. This is the best Subway in this area. The owners are local they are always very friendly and very generous with the filings and always slip me a free cookie in my bag. My closest Subway is hopeless so I come here to Braeside a bit further away but it’s definitely worth the travel. Love your work guys keep up the great service!

One of the best subways I’ve been to. Awesome customer service they care about the customers how how the food is made. Very quick with the fresh food. Would recommend.

This is hands down the BEST subway franchise in the area - Mordi & Chelsea Heights are disappointing to say the least, drive the extra 4 minutes to Braeside. Super friendly service & generous amounts of salad on sandwiches & wraps. Everything is nice & fresh. Service with a smile from mother & son team is lovely. Keep up the good work!

I do not usually write reviews. I have been coming here for a while, and I have not see anything wrong with this place up until now. I have noticed a few times that the lady working there has been rude to one of her new staff members in front of us paying customers. I have heard comments such as "I have told you a thousand times" or her telling the girl to do something in a passive aggressive tone. I know I shouldn't say anything as I do not know what really goes on but I felt the need to say this as I do not condone this kind of behaviour especially within the work field. I have also noticed that they are understaffed as majority of the time, it is the same young worker who is rushing back and forth, trying to serve the customers while the other workers are in the back.
I do not like writing reviews, but this was something that needed to be written.

The food was just ok! Though, the guy at the counter has big attitude issues. Not rushing back again!

Not a good taste they always try to make it in hurry.
Specifically, the guy serving should understand we are paying money for it, not taking it for free. So, should maintain the taste and proper attitude towards customers.

Worst staff not maintaining social distance and even attitude is not that good. Rude behaviour of the guy working there. Making some time feel insulted in front of others. Not good taste

Staff are absolutely amazing, they never muck around with my order super fast service, especially the young man, always positive attitude when I walk in

Very poor customer service. Asked for veggie patty and they gave me veggie delight and when i called back and asked. They said nah you asked for veggie delight. Thank you will never go back there.

I have not been to subway for over a year, however this site displays fresh and clean environment, I would go back no problem.
