Subway

Won't let you sit down, all chairs and tables are put away.lock known is over now for nearly 3 months, clearly too lazy using covid as iscuse. Bunch of idiots

Poor customer service … girls dont know how to treat with customers. They dont have good communication skills.showing a lots of attitude on their faces.if they are not happy with job then easy way to leave the job.every time worst experience with this shop.

This site in Epping is pretty well managed, staff are polite and do not rush you unlike other subway outlets I have visited. The quality of veggies, meats and bread are fresh, I've been there thrice already and have had the same good experience at all times, hence the review! Needless to say, the subway app is real snaggy and needs an overhaul, but I wouldn't blame the outlet for that.

Ahh lovely sandwiches, so cheesy, ordered the Italian cheese bread ig we call it that, was smelling and tasting so good. Lots of veggies in the sub too.

Would be better if u add more chicken in the classic chicken sub but still amazing

Good service. I had my footlong from here. Was so yummy. All de stuff was fresh and it was pleasent experience. I served by Daman. She serves me with happy face.i will definitely go back.keep it up

Came to get subway and with every ingredient she barley put anything on it.i ask for cheese she puts the smallest amount, i ask for sauce she does 1 little line

I had a worse Experience with GAGAN. Its not my first time. She don’t have customer facing skills and have alot attitude in her nature. She deny to make my order without any reason and Other staff make my order. As earlier I already said that its not my first time experience. I am regular customer of this store. Every day I come to take my breakfast or dinner But from now ownwords I ll never go in this store. There are also good members in this store but she has like different attitude. If we are taking any order we are pay for that. Really worst experience.
Really disappointed

The delivered footlong arrived on time was yummy. Tomatoes, lettuce, avocado were all fresh as if I was there to carefully choose them myself.
This is a pretty convenient and pleasurable ordering experience for me overall and sure 'will be ordering again

She gave us the wrong food, we had enough of her so we took it anyway, hopefully we will not get sick, due to allergies.

Had my worst ever experience today at subway epping hub, i was served by a lady of the name Daman, she was very rude and did not smile at all while serving, slapped my food together like as if she was in a rush when no one was even behind me, had no manners what’s so ever! Her service was disgraceful.i will not return after this

This subway is fine for a Subway, nothing special; nothing scary.
There are no toilets here so keep that in mind.

The owner is the most rude person on the planet. I asked him to make it half foot bread and he continues on making a double one and at the checkout i told I said half and he argues rudely by saying you said double and finally ends up cutting it in half and gives me the smaller piece and throws the big one in the bin and charges me $6.00

Had the worst experience with this Subway. The customer service from the older gentlemen was terrible. He was extremely rude and had zero knowledge of any basic customer service skills. Our subs ingredients were throw together like he had somewhere to be. He did not take any care in the quality of the food.

Will not be coming back.
