45The girl didn’t wash her hands and start taking order she was cleaning salad bar and there was no salad on the salad bar everything was on trolly and they close at 12am i was there at 10: 56pm I didn’t add much salad because i love subway because of sauces and she was very rude with me and she wasn’t putting sauces properly and when i ask her she said we don’t put sauces more than three… I went to so many subway and never ever listen that they will charge for sauce more than three. I added four sauce so she charge me 1$ extra for sauce that’s so rude …. And when i ask for receipt and i checked she charged me extra cheese if they charge for sauce where the sauce price? I am not going to come that subway again ever… and the service of girl was very bad… she don’t know how to serve customers…. If they want’s to charge for sauce more than 3 should be written on the menu …. So next time we will aware and we will not buy and she was not in proper uniform her name batch was missing and when i ask her name she refuse to tell me her name.
Ordered a 6 pack cookie box and it’s half eaten off. Absolutely disgusting. Staff won’t even acknowledge it.
Really rude staff, tap and pay didn't work, went to car to grab my card to pay, they cancelled my order which caused the voucher buy 2 for 1 barcode invalid, the indian guy looked like supervisor who was very rude and refused to solve the problem, you should have asked your staff who standed just right next to you what had happened, instead of accussing the customer. It was your faulty operation caused the barcode invalid. Learn some respect for customers.
Epping Subway endeavours to ensure their salad, wrap and sandwich ingredients are fresh, delicious and of high quality. The Epping Subway staff Keerat's, Solini and Store Manager and Owner Menpreet conduct themselves in a highly professional manner and deliver a friendly service. They also offer creative suggestions to enhance the taste of wraps, salads and sandwiches. I would highly recommend this Subway store.
They charge premium prices compared to some of the other branches but give smaller portions and are sloppy with their service. Couldn't be bothered cutting up my footlong properly. Only went there because they close late.
I could have sworn BLT means bacon lettuce tomato. No, apparently it means a slice of bacon and a slice of cheese for $12.95. And when i called the employee could barely speak english so no resoloution. Appalling.
I made an order through door dash at 11: 30pm. The person that made my foot long tonight doesn’t deserve a job there I’ll be definitely be going in tomorrow to let them know how disgusting my footlong was.
It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Taste is superb and all ingredients are very fresh and nice presentation with good customer service.
We ordered chicken classic n it was cold even when toasted it was very bad experience we didn’t enjoy our meal
One of the best subway I have ever seen in my life. I will give them 5 stars in every section cleanliness, friendly staff, quick service and plenty of space to sit. Coffee made by staff there with chai latte and one coffee shot is amazing and I will recommend everyone to try that trust me you will love it. Coming on customer service there staff is really quick and always welcome there customers in a friendly way.
As usual the toppings they put in the sandwich isn't enough not like they advertised choc chip cookies burnt not happy Jan
I’ve tried this Subway many times by going in and ordering and by ordering through Uber Eats and every time they’ve either added something extra or forgotten main toppings.
Tonight’s meal was sloppy, over-toasted bread and forgotten cheese.
I recommend trying the Epping Plaza Subway if it’s open before this one.
Served by Daman, every time we came over that girl has rude attitude towards everyone. Last 2,3 times i was thinking may be she had something going on in her personal life thats why she reacts like that but every time she is same, even i asked her to speak bit louder, horrible customer service. I think she does’nt even know what does customer service mean is. Thanks
Served by Kamal’s she had such poor customer service and had just made the subs with so much attitude was a horrible experience. When getting my bread she got out a pre cut foot long that was just sitting on top of the other breads I asked for a fresh cut one she said yes but completely ignored my request and continued too make it on the same bread.
Doesn’t look at all happy with the job and I don’t believe she should be working here, her and the other staff member showing a lot of attitude toward customers, at least smile and be welcoming.
You get good quick service here. I get the regular salad and it’s pretty good, I think it is the healthiest takeaway and best value for money. This is also pretty clean and has seating with tables.
Parking: they have 15 minute parking outside and disabled parking.

One of the worst experience with cheap representative like Mr. Ratan. Overcharging the customer by dividing a foot long into 2 separate items as I asked for 2 separate meats. Rather than explaining me this is going to charge additional, he simply divided into 2 items, charged money for 2 separate items, when I punched card, I was surprised to see excess amount and gave me pathetic reply that you ordered to separate meals, hence additional amount.
He converted my order into 2. Rather he could have explained about this is going to be 2 separate items. He was quite rude when I explained about we used to get mix and match always. He wasn't sorry for not explaining this and charging extra money. Absolutely 0% customer satisfaction where I paid extra money & left the place with some rude behaviour.
Too rude, the way they were handling food was horrid, contents were thrown away the way it was handled, the staff attitude was shocking.
Harpreet put bearly any mozzarella cheese on my sandwich, then when I asked for a little extra she very rudely told me that was the standard and if I wanted more I had to pay extra. I've been to subway multiple times I know how much cheese is fair.
Won't return to this subway would rather go to the one on cooper st as they look after you with condiments and arnt rude about it.
Very bad experience, today 2022/01/07 morning 8: 00 am, little girl she don’t know how to serve customers, her behaviour not good place give her proper training how to deal with customers, I think she looks like a Indian student however owner lost customers.
