Great services last nyt the young lady kept calm dealing with a hard customer and was nice when she dealt with me
I went today to buy 2 white footlongs for lunch and AGAIN! No bread rolls cooked! I was told there would be 15-20 min wait. This restaurant regularly runs out of the popular breads at lunchtimes - how hard is it to make enough for lunches? Especially at this time with lockdowns we all want something different for meals.
Nice staff, the man that made my sandwich on the 20/11/19 just before 5pm had a serious dandruff problem. I highly recommend a hair net. The dandruff was on his shoulders. Where else has the drandruff drifted to? Very nice people however this had to be addressed. Please fix this.
Very poor service. My son wanted a chocolate milk and cookies that were advertised on a sign at the check out but the person who served us had no idea. The drink was also not available. Not going there again.
I have got the best service over there so far by the all subways.

Save yourself the hassle and avoid this Subway restaurant. My food was disgusting. Go to a different Subway.
Very quick service, friendly staff. Very clean and organised place. Great environment. Nice and fresh salad. Huge parking available.
By far the worst Subway I've ever been to in 30 years! I took my 3 siblings here, who are visiting from Queensland and wanted to grab a quick bite eat.
We were all beyond gobsmacked, as one single lady took our orders one by one very slowly and, somehow still got EVERY SINGLE order wrong.
For example:
• adding cheese without asking what type
• after telling her to add a specific cheese she didn't add it to that particular sub.
• putting on sauces without asking which.one than And after she knew which sauce to add she added the WRONG sauce.
• one sub was tuna and instead of using the scoop for portion, she used the tip of a spatular and scooped out a size of a teaspoon and tried to spread it out for the entire FOOTLONG and was tearing the bread apart!
• I asked for extra meat with an extra cost which has normally provided 6 pieces of salami on a 6 inch/wrap and she went to give me only 3 pieces and charge me for the full price. When I pulled her up for it she said whoops so you want the full amount!?
• The other girl who was working didn't speak a word of English and only helped the serving girl at the end due to people lining up.
To make matters worse, the girl who couldn't speak english wasn't able to put anything through the till and the serving girl charged me for a foot long sub even after she confirmed that I had a wrap!?
Which she then had to give me cash back after paying via EFT.
I will never eat here again and make sure none of my friends or family do either.
I don't like to write bad reviews however I feel as if feedback needs to be provided otherwise my bad experience might be repeated through someone else.
- This would be the absolute worst presented Subway in Australia. The table outside was filthy, the ground wasn't swept and food was scattered everywhere in the bain-marie
- The assistant was unpacking bread into the oven and leaving the wrappers in the bain-marie.
- Food did not look fresh
It's clear that the shop owner/Manager haven't trained the assistant. She was polite however was oblivious of peoples time constrains (I was on a short break). After waiting for about 3 to 4 minutes, I left as she was still unpacking bread.
Friendly staff but very dirty place. Inadequate amount of Tune in a Tuna sandwich. Toasted isn't been toasted.
Sorry but not to visit again.
Worst subway I ever had.very disappointed.have to wait for a long time and the staff was so slow our toasted subways got cold before they even finish serving.absolutely no for next time.
Depending who serves you its either a 1 star or 5 star experience. The older man who i assume is the owner is very rude and arrogant, and super stingy with ingredients, whereas, the younger staff are really cool and generous.
Therefore a 3 star review is the only choice
Amazing customer service.
Ordered my sub over the phone to Timea and got exactly what ordered.
My son was sleeping in the car so I requested her to give me my sub out at my car, She came outside and gave me my sub in my hand.
Thank you so much for your awesome customer service and hospitality.
The staff were rude and put extremely little amount of salads on. This subway used to be great but the new management have slowly destroyed its reputation.
