Please don’t visit this place. They are using breads those needs to be in the bin. Don’t want to say more. Be careful.

My wife and I were served by Vihaan. He made us both the best subway rolls we've ever had and was super polite! He's a true sandwich artist! I hope management gives him a Xmas bonus because he deserves it!

They're meant to close at 9. But stop taking orders from 8: 45. This has happened twice. And from 8: 45 their toaster stops working. Ridiculous. Why do people work if they don't like their job?

I was served by a young Asian girl, she was extremely nice and served me with care, and i was in and out under 4 minutes with a delicious sandwich!

I used to go alot to subway. I thought the value was good and the food was good. Then a few years ago, I stopped going because it declined greatly in quality. Last week, I decided to give it a go. Big mistake, the bread was old and it was badly toasted so ruined the sandwitch. I doubt I will be going back again soon.

I ordered a footlong pizza sub from here. I have now been severely sick with food poisoning, which has resulted in having to take time off work.

Worst subway I have been too in my life, my previous life and my next life. Ordered two subs, both were basically inedible with the meatball sub being frozen and not warm at all. The BLT had so much lettuce I was scared a cow was gonna raid us, and the bites were just disgusting. Oh friendly fact, unlike other subways these guys also do not partake in any promotional offers:).
Please shut them down and open another Nandos or something. Thanks.

Food quality is as standard
But the price is outrageous! $3! More expensive on a foot long then other subway I’ve ever been to!
A meal that costs $18.50 5kms away just cost $23!

Served by a young schoolgirl, looked to be struggling and others around her not interested to help her out. She overcharged my bankcard, then tried to offer me an extra cookie instead of giving money back, when asked why she charged extra she stated that maybe tax was added on at the end. Doesn't know how to print out tax invoice, she needs to be sacked for her incompetence. Meal was fine, but wont be coming back.

So on the counter i was served by a school girl on 17-7-22 sunday
i ordered footlong and 6 inch sub.and this school girl just made a 6 inch and then i had to to tell her again that i ordered a footlong too.and then after when she was making it she did not ask me which bread i would like.she just assumed that i want italian herb bread.and then i had to tell her that i would please like my footlong on white bread.and when she asked me about salad i told her not to put pickles and she still tried to put pickles on my footlong.your young staff does not really care about great customer service.i will never come back to this place.

I recently used this Subway for a catering event. Winston, your communication was brilliant, you understood the order from the start with multiple dietary requirements involved. The food arrived on time, was fresh and packaged perfectly! I could not fault the service. Thanks Winston, I will certainly use you for future catering events.

Unfortunately i arrived when the owner was training new staff. The new staff member was making my subway and was constantly being told she was putting to much toppings in the roll. In my personal opinion she wasnt putting enough. I understand times are tough, but if you food quality is not there and your purposely telling your staff to make subways rolls like that, then your reviews will show.

On top of that the food was not fresh, the amount of steak that was put on the roll was ridiculously low. Bad experience and i was starving, everything tastes amazing when your starving, not that day.

Id personally go for a 7 eleven sandwich than go to parkmore subway.

Shocking customer service on 26th November around 5: 40 … girl obviously doesn’t know how to use the Uber eats app because it was stuck on preparing order for about half an hour, called up and she said to me that they have made it they havnt told a driver to pick it up. Wouldn’t recommend tbh last time I order from here and I just know my footling will be cold and I will complain again.

DO NOT EVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
poor quality food! Food is never fresh, bread is entirely stale and gross not to mention the stinginess of the owner dictating the workers actions.barely 2 slices of tomato on my 6 inch! So embarrassing of the owner to treat employees like that and customers too by ripping them off. I've recently been informed that workers are paid INSANELY low, and I mean barely legal amounts! Looking forward to reporting this business for fraud and youth exploitation

It’s very expensive as compare to other subway around area, quality of product I got really poor.

Much more expensive than other Subway's and they put barely enough toppings on. You're better off finding another Subway to go to.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch from Keysborough Subway through menulog. It had only bread, chicken and bacon (check the image). No vegetables or sauce at all!
What did you think of us as DOGs? To send us DOG FOOD? I complained to menulog and they kindly offered me a voucher to compensate.
Never order from them!

We ordered 2 foot long veggie patty subs, asked both of them to be toasted (infact for a bit longer). But when we started eating we found the subs weren't toasted properly (half toasted) and the veggie patty was cold.
We live in Keysie and are regular customers but after this we might go back again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
