35Terrible service, can’t do half and half, and didn’t allow us to refill the drink. When we were waiting at the counter, they were just doing the online order, nobody cared about us.
The indian lady who served was extremely rude. She didn’t understand properly and literally spoke loudly and rudely two times and rolled her eyes at us. No professional customer service, no work ethics, shouldn’t be at the ftont counter.
Excellent customer service. A mistake was made with online ordering, the store mamager has gone above and beyond to rectify this, very good customer service thank you.
Been to This Subway store few times. Good Food, Good Service great atmosphere everytime. Good job Guys. Will be back.
Definately the worst subway in melbourne, bread was stale, she put just 3 slices of ham on a footlong, and very rude. Absolute rubbish
Service was okay, very monotone and not a very personalised experience. Restaurant was clean for the most part, however broken glass door upon entrance was a bit of a concern. Food didn’t seem to be as fresh as could be. Italian herbs and cheese bread tasted a little bit stale and the teriyaki chicken wasn’t very warm. For $12.65 it wasn’t the best value.
Food was good however I felt awful for the way the manager was treating his trainee staff. He was absolutely shocking with the way he was talking to 2 of the boys, in front of customers. I was embarrassed for them.
Like every other subway store you know what to expect the difference is the staff behind the counter and I have to admit the staff member that served me was very polite with a big smile and was not afraid to be part of the banter that my co worker and I were having. In the end she made our lunch a bit more fun

In complete honesty I’m not satisfied with even giving ‘subway mornington’ one star, I was attacked and alienated by security guard number 51 for not purchasing food in the store (however we were waiting for orders) the staff are so lovely and food always at upmost standard however I don’t think I could return after being abused by a man who obviously has self actualisation issues and is choosing to take that out on young girls. Honestly appealing to say the least
Very disappointed. Subway Mornington advocates a discrimative environment. I was accused abused my staff and sercurity guards. After ordering a cookie I well and truly paid for staff members began to ramble on about my and my friends ages. Being told to leave the place despite having purchased two foot long subs ealier that day and cookie that night staff showed NO hospitality. Sercurity gaurd number 51 displayed unprofessional behaviour that represented not only himself but the subway enterprise in a negative light. It's safe to say my loyalty no longer stands with subway and I will no longer be a customer alongside my friends.
The security guard Was so rude and kicked me and some friends out even after purchasing food from their store? Obviously an insecure man and needs to address some deep rooted issues. The food and subway staff were lovely but long time customer won't be returning due to the rudeness and stand off nature of the security guard.
Staff member just threw the salads on in no particular order and put things i didn't want on the sub. Worst subway i have ever been to in my life and I am not returning
Staff member was untrained (not his fault) three staff were on with no name badges. I was overcharged and it took forever.
Asked for a coffee no milk, the pre-made lift was just plain soda water, had to chase staff for refund
