The franchisee who made my $15 chicken sandwich was extremely lean on toppings.when I asked for some more he took a handful of carrot and aggressively threw is in the sandwich as a hostile gesture.

The meal was inedible.worst service I have ever had at a subway. Don’t go to this store

I had worst experience from this sub the bread is not even closed properly and toppings were all over it.

The Italian herb and cheese footlong sub that I purchased tasted decent, just like an ordinary one that I would get at my local franchise; however, the service provided was far from satisfactory. It was really disappointing. The two ladies who served myself and my beautiful girlfriend were quite incompetent and unfriendly. It was not busy, so this cannot be an excuse for rushed and inconsiderate service. My footlong sub was not even cut properly; I had to tear it in two pieces with my bare hands. Myself and my beautiful girlfriend would recommend you fill your appetite at a different food outlet nearby.p. S. The cookies were elite though

One of the women that serve you, hand you your sandwich really rudely without making any eye contact or anything. I don’t know I just feel like they could offer better customer service and be a bit more engaging.

Not even worthy of 1 star, terrible service and work environment, food was trash, first they gave me someone else’s order and I had to go back in and the just weren’t good at customer service then I got my new sun made up and I walked out the store and took a bite and the chicken was cold and solid absolutely disgusting and not then not to mention the the fresh salad haha was the most soggy spinach and lettuce I’ve ever seen, I wouldn’t even wipe my a** with this sandwich.

Ordered a foot long veggie patty and a chipotle quesadilla, ended up just giving me the footy long and no chipotle quesadilla, so poor service

Ordered subway through menulog this afternoon and the food was so delicious and was hot and fresh and thanks for cookies i loved it thanks will definitely ordering from you guys again

Rude staff - same girl same attitude, worst Subway store around. Need to take note of the fantastic service from the staff at Bentons Square.
