Nick and Natalie were great from Subaru, they were very helpful and both had wonderful customer service. I am extremely happy with the service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a vehicle through Kris and the experience was nothing but painfree.

They were attentive and listened to my needs and found a suitable solution as i was desperate for a new car.

Managed to find one in transit and only took a few weeks to arrive.

They introduced me to the serivce department who helped me with booking a check and chat and provided me a breakdown of accessories options i could get for my vehicle.

Such fantastic service from Natalie, she was more then helpful and went above and beyond to help us buy our new family car during a lockdown. Such an easy and stress free experience. Next car we purchase will most definitely be through Nat!

I walked into Subaru in Berwick to look at purchasing a New Outback to Replace my Honda. I was Approached by Marcel who was very helpful and Acknowledged all my needs. I ended up trading in my Honda and purchasing a new Outback which is already on its way. As I left I was Approached by Kris who is the manager to make sure I was happy with everything. I'm looking forward to picking up my car and seeing the team again.

We are very happy with the purchase of our new Subaru XV which is a pleasure to drive. Louis is a professional customer service staff who advised us on many options. Armani has also been very professional with dealing with us.

Easy to book in and discuss servicing. Staff are friendly, however mechanics need to finish off their work before handing over the car. Fed up with having to take screen back to home because it’s been left in diagnostics. Seats and mirrors always altered and this time back cover of centre console was left off exposing the electrics.still give them four stars though.

Purchased my car from Subaru Berwick in 2019. Went to speak to them about a potential paint defect. Chris organised Suhil the detailer to have a look. Suhil was knowledgeable and explained everything. He confirmed it wasn't a defect and provided some immediate advice as well as recommendations for care. Couldn't be happier.
