2nd time we have purchased a vehicle from Subaru Berwick. We found the whole experience including Walley & Sam, to our satisfaction, pleasant, friendly & accommating to our needs.
Very disappointed with my first “Health check and chat” for my new XV.
I had been unable to connect many apps from my iPhone so when I arrived I asked the Concierge if I could have a demonstration of how it all worked after the necessary software upgrade was done.
I also had been told when I took delivery of the car that at this session features and functions of the car would be run through and any questions I had would be answered.
When the service was completed, I was handed my keys, told the phone and apps were now working and pointed to my car. There was no “chat”. The next day my tyre pressure warning light came on, and showed all 4 tyres were reading different measurements and low.
I emailed Subaru Berwick and asked if someone would call me about the service as the service receipt lists tyre pressure as one of the items which had been checked. The service supervisor who rang was very defensive and said it wasn’t really a service, just a quick check. I found his customer service skills lacking.
I will find another dealership for my next service.
My wife and i visited a few different dealerships in the hopes of finding guidance with financing a car.
We got the opportunity to meet with Dana Hachem and the financial team who was able to give us all the information we needed and more. The hospitality and one on one service that my wife and i were shown was beyond genuine and welcoming.
Very impressed, and thanks again for making the time to sit with us through our 101 questions.

My brand new outback has an issue with the a/c. They took my car in with no problem. Then when it couldn’t fixed easily, they provided a loan car so I could get by in the mean time. Roman and Caleb are a pleasure to deal with and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was impressed with the first service but disappointed in the next. It was difficult to book the next. When I turn up the service coordinators were not friendly and not sure if knowledgeable.

From the first visit to Berwick Subaru, Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Being a woman and going on my own to look at vehicles, at no time did I feel pressured to buy my XV, which was a pleasant surprise. Nick was polite, courteous and never made me feel I was being painful, even when I came back for a 3rd test drive. And I changed the colour choice after the contract was signed - again, no issue and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Nick was aware that at 55 years of age, I'd never ever had a brand new car, and so this was a big event for me. After signing the contract, Nick kept me up to date and was very quick to respond to an email or text. Ist class customer service is my experience with Berwick Subaru and Nick in particular.
I ordered an Toyota RAV4, but sick of the waiting, so I tried my luck with Forester and turns out I can get one in 3months, ordered one as soon as I found out.
I came to Subaru in Berwick to enquire about the XV and I was helped by Marcel. His knowledge of the vehicle was great. He also answered all the questions I had regarding my needs for the vehicle and ended up settling on the XV-S. I will purchase a vehicle from this dealership as I have been ignored by many others.
