The service attitude is very bad, and they are also discriminatory against Chinese people. When we went there last time, we were the third table in the restaurant, and the other two tables were almost finished. We also ordered food, and asked her for water in the middle. She excused herself several times and said she was busy, but no As soon as a couple of ghost guys came in, she greeted them and immediately brought them tea. Later, I asked her for it two more times, but she said I was busy and would wait a moment. People who came later than us gave us water. We came so early and asked for it several times but they didn’t give it to us! Have a bad attitude! Advocate for foreigners! There will be more exposure! Let more people know about this crappy store! How to discriminate against us Chinese!

After 4 years, they still serve great meal at a good price. Friendly services and good for lunch and dinner

Very poor service. No greetings. Tea bottle was almost empty. Waitress served the food without a bloody word or smile. Fish slices were obviously frozen for ages and not fresh. Disastrous.

Love the beef fried rice, got "wok hay"
And the juicy pork fried dumpling is a must have. And the fried pork chop with noodles (C4) delicious. Can't go wrong.
Although mapo tofu wasn't quite the flavour I'm use to.

Spent $140 on Chinese dinner for 1 entree, 2 mains and a rice.
Not only was it disgustingly expensive, the food was watery and flavourless, it was ALL tough and tasted microwaved.
Wouldn’t feed this krap to my dog.

Highly recommend their menu no. C4 crispy pork spiced egg noodles, stir-fry rice cake. Simply say their taste is right.

Extremely disappointed! Regular customer and enjoyed every meal until we had a meal that was inedible. Asked for a refund, front staff wanted to accommodate yet a chef out the back said it was our tastebuds that were wrong and he doesn't refund for dislike. We have had the particular meal before and it was yum. There was something wrong this time. The fact that there was no English spoken with regard to the issue and eye contact continued to be made to our table left myself and other 8 patrons in my party disappointed and regretting coming for my sons birthday dinner.
Sorry to say it has definitely dropped my standing on their store

The spicy beef brisket noodle soup is so amazing here.fresh doughy noodles, super tender brisket that just pulls apart, with big bits of chilli for a broth that isn't too hot and still tasty. The dumplings here are also very fresh and really filled to the brim with fillings. I don't know another place in the area where I can feed myself and my partner so well for $25. Love coming here as often as I can.

There are differences between Yuxiangqiezi and Yuxiangrousi and this restaurant clearly didn't get it. I ordered Yuxiangqiezi but it hasn't got many eggplants it the dish, it was full of other vegetables that supposed to be seen in Yuxiangrousi only. Don't like it, wouldn't recommend to anyone, will not be back.

Paid for priority delivery, yet it arrived later than the original time.
Steamed dim sims were like blocks of meat, not hot
Pantries dumplings were also not hot.

Just bad. $70 dollars spent on multiple dishes 90 minutes wait time, to be given a can of mountain dew and some fish and chips.follow up phone call resulting in being on hold with multiple people laughing on the line? Pathetic.

Everything tastes like frozen microwaved with a quick pain fry after microwave. Paid 40 dollars for these 3 containers and prawn crackers. Tiny kitchen behind mirror glass. Customers in front were not allowed to leave because they paid and didnt come through faulty fpos but they were trying to show the money left their bank. I normally buy dumpligs in bayswater. Thought ill try this tonight. In bayswater its all fresh food made then their and way cheaper. No way this is. Just soggy and tasteless to me. The Mongolian beef in picture comes with noodles. This is just ingredients floating in brown water.

This is another recently “discovered” family-run restaurant serving affordable and tasty Szechuanesque dishes which is out of our regular travails. Food S served quick and piping hot. See photos of our dinner order. Will go back again.

There were 4 of us dining in. We ordered 2 entrees, 3 mains, one Singapore noodles.
The food was hot and I like the Mongolian beef.

Awesome dumplings & fried chicken ribs. Always top quality. Order direct with the restaurant for local delivery rather than any of the apps

Dumplings are good, the combination soup is woeful, and its hard to get your order across sometimes.

Ordered takeaway delivered. Driver rang and said restaurant forgot to hand over part of the order. Rang restaurant to ask to check if order has gone cold before driver returned. When order arrived half was stone cold. Assume that half was the bag that the driver had originally picked up. Hard to give a good rating when I tried to fix the issue before it happened but restaurant chose to do nothing about it.

Best dumplings and beef fried rice I've ever had. It's mine and my partners fav dumpling place. The food is so delicious!

I call and place an order today and the staff asked me to call back so in the the end I had to place the order online.
When my husband collect the order the staff was reluctant to give him extra chilly when asked.
I called the shop and spoke to the staff and she did not want me to talk to the owner and kept defending herself and half way to the conversation she HANG UP ON ME.
I have been a regular but now I am not going to buy from them anymore. The previous staff have been so good which makes me come back so often but not now.
Hope the manager can give an explanation for these attitude.
