Yellow water. Whole place is like a crime scene that nobody bothered to clean up after. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

Great say over found close to town and everything very close great Big's room great price and great service and fantastic breakfast add this one to you bucket list

Nice size room, albeit a little dated. Good location and reasonably priced. The bed was quite firm. Continental breakfast was included. We just stayed the one night and moved on. Maintenance needs more attention to detail. Good for the price though $99.00.

Wasn't the best noisy could only have 3min shower.otherwise water would go cold.several things broken and tapes on them remote control for heater broken and had to do own dishes before you vacanted

Stayed last week and was pleasantly surprise, Room was fantastic, beds awesome.clean fresh and the Breakfast was very nice catering for everyones taste, will stay again if I am going that way for us was a 10 out of 10 plus very friendly staff

We love staying here. Rooms are fantastic. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Very close to main shopping area. Best of all our fur baby and boss of the family can stay here with us.

Would be a great place to stay if we didnt get the riot rules read to us as soon as we walked in by a grumpy owner & being 38 to 40 degrees & the pool is only open between 4 to 8pm (what is that all about? Bad luck if it was hot & you had kids, Too lazy to check the pool twice a day?) & again more rules & regulations & to top it off a 3min shower? You have to be joking, Been in a lot of hotels/motels all over the world & have never seen rules & regulations stuck to the shower screen before. Too many rules & regulations. Would only stay there again if there was no where else in Taralgon. Hint to owners. RETIRE

The room was disgusting so full of dust had to ask for caperts cobwebs and curtains to be vaccummed then the reverse cycle wouldnt work properly so was bought in a tiny little one. We were told we were lucky as we got a free up grade well if thats an upgrade Id hate to see a budget room as thats what im sure ours was oh and there was never anyone in the office so had to wait 20min for someone to be bothered to come. The lady on the Saturday was great but the man the owner him self was a rude arrogant pig. We flew from Western Australia to see family. We were charged $140 per night to find the same room was only $99 when we told them he said well you get what youve now payed for. Will NEVER be back again bit sad they can treat people as bad as they treated us.

Super friendly staff - nice, clean rooms. Pool is a bonus (not heated).
The included breakfast is subpar. Milk left out for hours at room temp, stale cereal constantly left exposed and old bread to toast.
Stay for the room, not for the food.

We arrived just before 8 pm and the friendly owner with her cat gave us without prior booking room 11. This room does not face the highway so we slept well. The room had TV, microwave, big wardrobe, small couch, small table with 2 chairs, proper curtains and a comfy bed. Bathroom was clean and tidy, everything worked fine. Fast WiFi is limited to 500 MB. Continental breakfast was good.
Be aware that all food places in the centre close at 9 pm, except McDonald's.

Very well maintained rooms, clean bathrooms, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast, wifi. Only thing to improve is the capacity of air conditioning as i felt that AC is of smaller capacity according to the room

Rubbish, the proprietor was rude as hell! Christmas Day and didn’t have a caring bone in her body! Ended up leaving for another motel. Would never recommend this place

Very clean room & amenities, a couch, table & chairs a spacious room. Central to Township to walk in to.

Terrible!
Mold in fridge, inside of kettle was black, electric power bord would short out, Dirty and dusty throughout the room.
Management was extremely rude apon arrival.
Rules are literally 3 pages long and include a $250 fee if any furniture is moved, $250 if the smell of cigarettes is present even though you are explained balcony smoking is okay, my favorite of the 3 rules ive chosen is the $100 noise charge if you are caught making noise after 10pm! Unbelievable and unrealistic.

Good bed good shower free continental breakfast arm chairs to sit on good value for the money

Friendly service staff. Rooms were old and basic but fine. There was a small amount of wifi, and the hot water wouldn't run for long so I couldn't wash my hair.

Place is a bit dated bed was hard and internet was slow on sweet could do with some maintenance
