Street Hot Pot

For me, best for vegetarian enthusiasts. This is my order, bring cash money because you can drink soda for free, if you use it by cad you are asked to pay if you drink it.so that sit mate! I give this Restaurant 5star.

Nice cosy little 'all you can eat food train' in the heart of Springvale. Variety of seafood, poultry and meat along with a different noodles & veggies.
A standalone sauce section situated next to the dessert table.
Choices of hot pot soup from non spice, mild and extra hot.
Very affordable all you can eat buffet
$25 for lunch & $30 for dinner
Just sit down, choose you soup base.
Wait for the soup to boil and away you go to start taking plates off the moving food circuit.
Overall great tasting food, chilled atmosphere and very affordable hot pot.

You can choose what food you want on the rotator. There are some different kinds of soup flavour. I really like the appetizers in buffet table. The hot pot set is worthy and the lunch price is valued.

Kind of like sushi train but a hot pot buffet. Food was average but the price was unbeatable, dinner for only $30 per person.

Street hotpot Springvale 10/10 for me.

I’ve never been disappointed when coming here. Great for dining with company or alone.

I like the layout and the conveyor belt.

Price is inclusive of all food and if you bring cash there are a few little freebies.

I've only ever gone here for lunch. Really great value, food and soup very nice. Never seems busy, so not sure if it's too popular with the locals, but I sure enjoy it.

Great fun place to eat, not so good if the animals next to you hoover all of the same ingredience to themselves. I suggest avoiding peak times

Mentioned that restaurant will be closed by 10pm but told to get off by 9.00pm.

In all honesty, this is a very dodgy place. Dirty place, poor customer service, and soup is subpar. Our seafoods were served with a BLACK hair and when we told the lady who was serving us, she said it's 'the hair of the shrimp not a human hair". Only redeeming quality of this place is the price - but is it really worth it? Absolutely not. Avoid this place at all costs.

First time ever to a place like this loved it would highly recommend this place relaxed atmosphere staff very helpful and kind job well done

Very very bad service include bad bad staff, food was dirty, I worked there for a while and saw many bad things that I never expected to see. The owner even took other customers food after they ate (leftover) for new customers. I recommend not to eat at this restaurant.

Self-service rotating hot pot, affordable. There are various soups/seasonings and dishes for you to choose from, and there is plenty of time for meals. There are seats suitable for single or multiple people. It is recommended to reserve a table in the fall and winter, otherwise there may be no seats.

Food was to be expected from a tradition hot pot. The food train was a plus, saves getting up running into others for a rush of food.

+1 for individual hot pots.

For a long time I've wanted to try hotpot and im absolutely glad I did my experience here was great, staff are lovely, although you could work on maybe putting a little more flavour into your soup base but hey with sauce on the side brings the food together, I'm coming here on an empty stomach next time. The price was of good value and you can eat as much as you want. I was forever getting offered more meat by the staff in the kitchen, set up was nice and cosy, the food was great in general

The food was disappointing. The soup was plain and it only had 2 Chilli in spicy soup.
The abalone and scallop was not fresh. A lot of vegetable toppings but they only had one type of slice meat and I didn't even know what it was. It was not nice and tender. There wasn't a good variety of meat and mock meat.

The worst was the flavors or the soup, it tasted like water down soy sauce broth. Both me and my boyfriend didn't enjoy it.

I wouldn't recommend for people who likes authentic Sichuan style hot pot. You will be disappointed.
Also I noticed the chairs were dirty and made a lot of squeaky noice.

Keep it coming! We certainly had our money's worth - 50 plates + prawns & mussels and drinks included.

Vegetarians rejoice for I have found you delicious vegetarian hot pot with mock meats! The mushroom broth also has a lot of depth and is really quite good. The customer service here is great and they will do their best to accommodate you. They also have a variety of desserts such as a Thai dessert or even ice cream if you're somehow not completely stuffed after enjoying your hot pot - though you can definitely have it any time you want! They have a really nice selection of sauces to compliment your hotpot items and I recommend giving them a try if you haven't had it before! I believe four of the sauces were vegetarian but just ask to double check:)

SO GOOD! Love this place and will be back time and time again. So much variety and the soup was amazing! I got the creamy spicey soup and they give you heaps of fresh seafood and there is a huge selection of other foods on the conveyor all you can eat I ate so much it was the best. Cant wait to go again
