Really really helpful folks who dealt with my queries with good humor on the phone (thank you SEAN/SHAWN?), had what I had been after, Sean went off to physically find the stuff and put it aside, one hour later, met the folks in person. All in all, perfect experience.

HI I had ordered some goods from Stratco, and i must say the service was excellent both on the phone and when i went to collect my items the staff who helped was very professional and courteous. It sure was a good experience and I have no problems shopping there now and in the future

I just want to say Shaun at Stratco Dandenong is very helpful, and has very good product knowledge. And goes out of his way to return a call, even if he is not working. So far his service is very good.

Good presales experience. Could have a click and collect express service for paid orders though, had to wait quite a while for a sales person to be free because they were all tied up with long enquiries for patios etc

Bought some budget shelves. The more expensive shelves were much more stable but the budget ones were acceptable but only if assembled correctly. There was a tendency for the tabs on the shelve profiles to flare out when inserting into the columns. This affected stability. It took much effort and allot more time to insert correctly offsetting the value savings. These are common from many retailers so nothing against Stratco. I'm just annoyed that with just a little more engineering on the assembly system it would have made assembly literally 15 to 20% of the time it took. If I let the tabs flare out it would have been done in minutes but rickety. Engineers have dropped the ball and should be put into a prison and forced to assemble multiples of their own designs before affirming a product.

Spoke with a chap named Shane, nice bloke, happy to help. Answered my questions, showed me his stuff and sold me some products. Was surprised at the range of products available in the store. Place is clean and tidy. Plenty of room to move, a few static displays and samples of their merchandise.

They sell much more than sheds. The friendly and very helpful staff made my 3 visits in the past week a pleasure

Can't really grumble about the customer service when there is any. I had an online order to collect and they total took there time in assisting me, and then refused to load me due to the trailer i had taken even thou they told me the size to bring. After returning with a different vehicle, the team only loaded part of my order.

I’m very happy with the product and the service from Stratco doveton. Nick, in the store was very patient, explained how everything worked and answered every question I had. The result is that my outback patio is just how I wanted it!
