I recently purchased a garden shed from Stratco (order number 564584) and was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup, so I made the 45-minute drive from Doncaster to their Dandenong branch, only to be told that they could not find my shed.

The staff offered no help or alternative options, leaving me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer. As a solution, I would have appreciated if they offered me alternative color options or a similar-sized shed. However, they only gave me the option to wait six weeks or cancel my order.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the customer service I received and to urge Stratco to improve their service going forward. As a paying customer, I believe that I deserve better treatment and service. I hope that Stratco will take notice of this review and take the necessary steps to ensure that other customers do not experience the same frustration and disappointment that I did.

Friendly staff and easy pickup of online orders. Fencing system is fast and easy to install and is reasonably priced and looks good.

Shaun Warrington offered excellent advice and Customer Service in my shed purchase. He responded promptly to all queries. Sadly, communication from others and delayed delivery sagas spoil Shaun's hard work.

Shelving for the garage, easy to assemble, good price & size, friendly service when I went to collect, staff brought it to my boot!

So dar in early stages of working things out but outa all the shed companies stratco has def been best, also owe mentions to couple. But hopeless with names think Shaun Warrington got straight onto my case and think Toby? Anyway is a good team, not cheapest but sure urve heard u get what u pay for, so would recommend

Can't really grumble about the customer service when there isn't any. I had an online order to collect and they total took there time in assisting me, and then refused to load me due to the trailer i had taken even thou they told me the size to bring. After returning with a different vehicle, the team only loaded part of my order.

Young chap Mitch helped with the purchase of my kerosene heater. Knows his stuff and will be back for more for my boathouse

I asked for 2 quotes on sheds that were damaged at our School.
Shaun Warrington was super responsive with the request. He also gave me contacts for companies to install the sheds for us.

No care factor! I tried for 4 months talking to Shaun and Shane, 1 being the regional manager off the store to have a carport made. I was put onto their contractor who also had no care factor pushing out a 2 month planned job to 6 months or more. When addressed, the care factor was zero hence I cancelled the job and now are getting treated better by a different company and will have a carport made and installed including free council permit in 8 weeks. When trying to speak to someone above him, I got the run around by co- worker's. For such a reputable company, name and brand totally disappointing. Shop around you'll get treated better and they use exactly the same materials. Thanks for nothing! And also too add they took over $9000 on my latitude card, if I hadn't gone to use it I would not of known about it as I don't receive mail ect.

We had some issues in getting our shed delivered as it came in pieces over 3 or 4 weeks leading to continual delays with our install Team.
The store manager Shawn got involved in week 3 and communication has vastly improved since then. He did give us a generous gift voucher for our troubles which we appreciate.
I can't give 5 stars due to the initial dealings with the rest of the Team while Shawn was on holidays, but I've raised this review from a 1 star to a 4 due to Shawns involvement and hope he's talked to his Team about raising their communication and delivery standards.
Would I use this branch of stratco again? Probably as their product is solid, Australian made and Shawn obviously cares about his business, though his Team don't seem to share the same passion - hopefully a little training will help that.

Shaun Warrington has been so fantastic, and promt with his replies and so patient with me through all the changes I have asked him to do. Would recommend him any day.
