Male staff member and was rude, I rang to put aside a new suitcase after paying to park in city I find he put the display one aside it had marks all over and when I asked for a new one they told me to go to dfo or can clean the display one not even offered a discount

Shout out to Nikki for being amazing! I've been buying Ruby and Kit backpacks from strandbags for years now with no problems until now, and i got my fifth, a laptop backpath, a month and a half ago. To my dismay i recently noticed one of the straps on it had been almost half torn off. I don't overload it or anything like that so i had no idea why it was happening, but it was clear that if I didn't do something pretty soon it would come off completely even if i was super careful not to put pressure on it, so I took it back to strandbags hoping maybe they had some advice to make the bag still wearable. I didn't have my original receipt so i wasn't expecting much but Nikki happily swapped it over with a different colour one they still had stock off. I am very surprised and grateful to her. Obviously I will continue buying all my bags from strandbags. Thank you so much!

Strandabgs has a range of leather bags and travel suitcases, they seem to always been on sale. There is some limit to brands however.

Bought a suitcase with a faulty hinge. They turned me away and told me to come back 2.5 weeks later and they would be able to assist then.

Their prices are reasonable and competitive for leather and very reasonable for non leather. They often have sales, that make the quality they have even more affordable. Well worth checking them out. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Good variety of suitcases, travel bags, purses, and handbags for ladies. Laptop bags did not have the options I was looking for. The leather bags are in the expensive side. Staff was helpful.

Extremely good experience today exchanging my luggage due to faulty locker. The lady in charge was very nice and efficient, not only she replaced my luggage but also helped me to set a new code on a new one. I felt as a very appreciated customer. Surely I will recommend this shop for anyone.
