Story House Early Learning Noble Park

This is the only Childcare my son has attended so I cant do a comparative analysis and I am very happy with what I have got. My son joined in January 2021 and this was the first place he was visiting after 1 year of isolation due to restrictions in 2020, beginning was very tough and distressing as had separation anxiety. Full credit to the wonderful staff that made him so comfortable that within one month he wasn't crying when I left him there. 3 months later he cant contain his excitement in the morning and is raring to go there as soon he wakes up.

The place is very welcoming and the staff is always cheerful and polite both on phone and in person. Nursery staff especially Kim& Natalia are wonderful, they seem to absolutely love what they do. Recently, the Centre had some management changes, however the communication was spot on during this period. Melinda did very well during the transition period (which is still not over) and Nick has helped her well. Pheona is the best and her energy keeps the spirits always high.

All in all a 5 star performance and keep up the good work guys.

Very happy at this childcare. My child has been at Story House for about 6 months and I have to say that I'm very happy. There has beena change in management and Mel is very thorough and openly communicates - it's wonderful. It really makes me feel important and I know that she is leading her team of carers to truly care for my son. The childcare is very clean, tidy, lots of play things for the children to play with. I'm super happy and would happily recommend this childcare to other families.

My 16 month old son has been going to story house noble park for almost 2 month now and we absolutely love it. In the beginning he was unwell bcoz of immunity development and its good for him.but later on he love it! He getting settle Himself! I’m always happy to see him play byself.he doesn’t eat much but I hope one day he will start eating. Kim and others girls are very friendly and caring. Highly recommend best place for growing ur kids!

We have been using this centre for a year plus and we are happy with the care they provide for our two kids

The facility is new and well kept, while the staff are experienced and professional.
Recent reorganisation with staffing has been spot on, with immediate positive effects showing in service delivery efforts vs previous customer experience we used to have.

In all, it is a good place to have kids in. Kim and Talia are our favourite educators, they are passionate about the job.

Very happy overall. My son started here 4 months ago here and he is very happy to come here everyday now. Pheona and teacher always have a warm greeting to my son. Almost everyday educator will post activities and picture of how my son doing there through Storypark app and I love it? Communication is much better now.

First day at this place with my liile baby,
no one there to lookafter, staff busy with other stuff,
worse communication, can not even explain anything properly,
if you love your child avoid this place

Super daycare centre for our family. Chauntelle & Karishma run a fabulous team. Great new centre, beautiful toys for the children to play with, great opening hours. My kid is happy. I'm happy. Makes it much easier knowing that he is well cared for and is happy.
