Story House Early Learning Noble Park

Story House Early Learning Noblepark center is an amazing place. The center is well equipped with educational and learning activities. All the staffs are very friendly, professional and nurturing. The center is very clean and food standard is superb. The Manager, Diedrie is very lovely and helpful. She is the go to person for all our enquiries and concerns and she always makes sure that we get the best service possible. In my opinion, the best kinder educator is Ms Rita. She is very knowledgeable and efficient in her role. The way she plans all the activities and projects, is really helpful for the growth and development of our kids. The whole kinder team always looks after the safety, learning and developing skills of the kids. Ms Sayeda and her Team is another gem of Storyhouse. Ms Sayeda looks after the kids as her own. She is so nurturing and caring. Everyone in her team makes sure that the kids are safe, properly fed and learning new skills everyday. I highly recommend Storyhouse Noble park for the best early leaning place for kids.

Woww! Working with story house noble park is like so many ups and downs, we learn so many things on day to day basis, honesty n patience are 2 keywords in any care, I'm having a good time in storyhouse noble park with all team mates.

We love Storyhouse Noble Park
After looking into and visiting too many centres I knew it was the centre for myself to work at and to bring my daughter Lia with me.
The Centre Manager Diedrie is very professional but also understands family /work priorities.
They have the best discount for staff members, and a very multicultural community in staff and families.
Storyhouse treats the staff with Lunch’s on special occasions and monthly birthday cakes.
You won’t find a better Centre elsewhere.

I have been working at Story House Noble Park for nearly 3 years! Through out that time, I and SHEL Noble park team had been met lots of challenging times such as COVID 19, changed staffs, … but I would love to say thank you to our dearest families and children who are still love, value and support our job! Thanks to those hard period of time that make our team getting better, resilience, stronger and have a good relationship with children, families and community! For me, Storyhouse Noble Park is my second family, where I have the best friends, best sisters, who care and support me always, where I have been taught lot and lot of things that the book I have learnt never mention about!

Story house Noble park has been our second home for over a year, given us safe and healthy place to be. My son was well looked after, educators and Manager are easy to get along with Team work has been paramount. Holistic approach, parents opinion respected and encouraged. Will recommend the centre to friends and family.
Programmes are set for wellbeing of the children owning their space, independent and yet healthy social being.

After 10 years work experience in the industry in same company, I felt hesitant at the beginning to start a new journey in another childcare provider. But I have made one of the best decision in my life to join Story House family. The Service Manager and all team members are welcoming me in Story House Noble Park and a great team to work with. Story House offers so many benefits and rewards with many retail companies which also help families and community.

This is where my son made friends, built relationships with his educators, learns and enjoys lots of fun activities.

It’s been nearly 6 months our 4 year old son attending Story House Noble Park. I would like to thank the new manager Diedrie, Rita -the kinder room incharge and all the educators for the greatest educational programmes, especially daily kinder activities which always help the kinders to learn through play.
Day today learning activities of the kinder program on different topics, team work always help kids to grow on the correct path.
I also want to thank the Noble Park team for the great hospitality and for being very much helpful all the time.

A big thank you to all the educators, in Toddler 1, for taking care of my son. It hasn't been an easy process for me to leave my child in the hand of others. But with time, the devotion shown in their job by the educators have helped me build my trust in them. Communicating with me about my child's care and progress on a daily basis have contributed also in developing a relationship with the staff.
Not to forget, a special thanks to the Management team, Diedrie and Rowena, to always have the time to listen and address any issues or concerns.

Thank you Story House for the wonderful, enriching time that my daughter spent with you. We were very sad to leave the attentive staff and the relationship that my daughter had built with them. The Educators in Nursery one and two are great people who care very much about the children and are easy to talk to. Highly recommended.

My 2 kids attended the centre and they flourished. The educators are very caring and attentive. Would highly recommend.

We did a tour here and didn't feel very comfortable, the director was more concerned about how much subsidy I would receive and did not interact with my child at all, we spent a little bit of time in the room and just didn't feel comfortable sending our child here. My partner called and cancelled my child's enrolment yet I still received a message the next day asking about orientation so I also had to cancel. Our CCS has yet to have been cancelled and we have also had money taken from our bank account, we hadn't even done an orientation yet or discussed a start date. With all of this I am glad we did not go through with attending and have found a much better centre where the children are the focus.

I would like to Thanks for all the support and love My daughter receives here. I was bit anxious when I enrolled my 2 yrs old daughter, How she can adapt the environment without parent around but teachers here are so supportive and helpful. My daughter now love to go to Story House everyday. She likes the company of teachers and other kids there. They have nice staffs, provide yummy food and organise many activities for kids.

Story house noble park has provided a safe and comfortable environment for our child.
We were a bit nervous at the beginning as our child was not able to settle but their staff was persistently caring for our child and knew how to comfort him.
Therefore our child started to get settle soon after we had applied their guidelines to what needed to be done.

As a parent we are very happy to see our child growing and happy at this child care.

The team at SHEL held our hands and guided us through the orientation process. Now each day we are given an in depth brief about my child's day and he is very happy which has made returning to work much less stressful

My twins daughters are going to this centre since January, All the educators are really good, they are going really good job when they go there I feel so relaxed because they are doing great job, I feel blessed that all staff taking care of my twins same as I am taking care at home even they learnt so many things that I was not able to do at home

My daughter has been attending here since around July 2020. She's happy and loves the centre, all the educators and her friends at Story House. The staff are great communicators and are always happy to answer any questions and accommodating to any requests. Also the centre has an app which makes it super easy to see photos, videos, share learning and development stories of your child and helps keep you connected with your child and their educators. I'm very happy with this centre and the staff are very kind and caring. Thank You
