Story House Early Learning Forest Hill

Since relocating 2 years ago & making our children as settled as possible, Story house have been incredible with being so accommodating & friendly. They have been great when coming to any concerns and incredibly reassuring if there has been any issues (which have been very few) Pam is so lovely & all the teachers have been great with my kids, They all put in so much time to get to know each child individually & put so much time into academics is amazing what they come home and tell me what they learnt.
We have only had all positives from this centre and highly recommend!

I definitely will introduce Story house Forest Hill to my friends and family because the center staffs and management team are very supportive. They not only look after my kid need in the center but also me. They answer my question whenever I need help. Thank you so much for all the support. My kid and I love the center because the atmosphere at there is just like a family.

We are recently new to Story House as we moved to Forest Hill after a separation, Pam, Emma, Rhea & Vicky have been brilliant with my 2 children and made extra effort to help them settle in after many changes in their little worlds. They are very active on the Storypark App so I get to see their routines and activities throughout the day. The facilities are always very clean and all staff just seem so lovely.

I love Story house and so do my children! The staff are so caring and nurturing and what I love most is the consistency with staffing. My children are always known by the carers and educators even if they attend on a different day to their normal. Food is great and the communication is outstanding

My daughter started here last year and finished her kinder year off. Wish we started early. What a great team.

Great centre. Educators are amazing and cater to each child’s needs. We love Pam as the centre manager. Very approachable always happy to deal with any concern we have had. Would definitely recommend this centre.

This centre is amazing. My daughter has been to a couple different centres and storey house forest hill is by faaaarr her favourite. All the staff are lovely and extremely caring towards the children, I now send my son to this centre as well and all the older children and staff love him which makes me very happy. Could not say enough great things about this centre.

We’ve been with Story House in Forest Hill for 3 years now. Through the years we’ve gotten to know many passionate and caring educators. My son thoroughly enjoys his time there and is continuing to learn so much from attending, really gives me peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands and having fun with friends! They have external providers come for some additional activities for the kids - currently sports & music/dance. All kids are included and have a blast. I especially like the regular updates we receive through the Story Park app and as a parent we are also welcome to contribute to our child’s term goals & development plans.

The educators cater to all my child’s needs, have helped him develop so much and he absolutely loves going to Kinder. So many activities and always keeping me updated throughout the day via storyhouse app. Can’t recommend them enough

We recently had moved our son from a childcare across the road to story house and we can’t believe the amount of care and love he gets! We are so much happier here everyone is absolutely lovely, drop off and pick up super easy. Our son enjoys being here and he has learnt a lot already, Sam is amazing! And so are all of the team. I feel completely comfortable leaving my son in their care as they are extremely attentive and caring.

We have been at Story House for abit over 2 years now and have had such a wonderful experience. They have been very accommodating to my fussy daughters eating habits in the kinder rooms. She has learnt so much with knowing the 7 continent's of the world, learning to write her name and other letters of the alphabet, and counting really well amongst other things. My son while in the nursery and now toddler room has thrived so much with his fabulous room leader. He has become such a confident and independent little boy from the things he is learning at Story House.

StoryHouse is a beautiful warm daycare. My son's both started before they were 1 and now my youngest is in kinder! The educators are so amazing and warming with the kids, so patient and the kids have so much fun Highly recommend them

My daughter loves going and it has brought her on developmentally and socially so much since starting. The staff are all welcoming and happy to help in my child's needs, care is very personalised to my daughter requirements.

My baby came to Story House when she was 11 months and she is 25 months now. She is very happy to stay here and always doesn't want go back home when I picked up her. Educators are really nice and I can feel they love children. I am sure my child will stay here for very long time.

My 3 yo boy is very happy since changed to story house. And as a parent, I am very impressed with the educators. Strongly recommend to all families.

We moved our baby from a nearby daycare to Story House and we're so glad we did. The educators are lovely and easy to chat to and you can see how much they care for all the kids. They light up when they greet you and take your little one. They're also attentive to our child's routine and give lots of updates on the app with regards to her routine, all the awesome meals she gets and her educational progress. It's such a caring and welcoming environment and our little one loves her time there.

My girl has been attending story house last 2 years and I am expressing my gratitude to all the management and staffs who look after our kids and to make them more confident and capable each day. I highly recommend this place for any parents who is looking for wonderful place for their kid to play and learn. Kids are fully encaged with many activities and always keeping us updated with daily routines via story house app.

Really good childcare, Staff are friendly. I had my first child there since it opened. Then the second one is there as well.
