Went in here to try and find a cable that I was having trouble finding. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. I found what I needed and will be back for other gear whenever I need it.

I loved that even though I was only looking for a $15 cable to get my daughter started recording they were still willing to take the care and time to make sure I had the right thing.

Great help from from one of the younger staff members regarding my needs. Unfortunately, another staff member was quick to ditch me for some sales after dishing out some under the breath insults regarding my competence. Made the 1K + purchase with another retailer.

Just purchased a pair of Qsc K series speakers from Hamish at the Richmond store. He went above and beyond to ensure I left the store satisfied! He spent over an hour helping me decide on the perfect speakers for my needs! Store DJ are very knowledgeable, friendly and have the best prices, I’ll be recommending them to everyone!

Great place with great customer service. These guys are not only friendly and helpful but also know their stuff and can recommend exactly what you need based on your requirements and budget. Every product I have bought here has been of the highest quality and I have not regretted the purchase. Would recommend for all your DJing/audio needs.

The pre sale and post sale service of this store is amazing.

I thought I had blown my speakers and returned to the store to find I’d just blown a fuse which they were more than happy to replace it and show me how to do it myself (so simply btw).

I received sound professional advice without the hard sell and went home with what in the end is a better buy than what I'd originally planned to buy. They also said that I could return the item if I want happy with the purchase so I could test it out properly. Also, pun not intended.

Staff can be rude, snobby, and pushy towards certain products regardless of what you came in to buy. Prices and product range are good, but not worth it when you can go elsewhere. I'd say 3 in every 4 experiences over the years have been disappointing in some way.

I'm beginning to buy a bit more gear from Store DJ now - super friendly staff who are great to communicate in-store & over email, & competitive pricing makes them a go-to for me.
