Friendly and helpful staff upstairs at the Windsor store. Was made to feel very welcome and encouraged to try things out. Short on time today but will def be back again. Price on the usb interface I wanted was the best around including online.

A musician's heaven!

I went to Storedj (Windsor) Melbourne. I purchase a Pioneer ddj1000srt. Josh was helping me to resolved issues my new macbook pro m1 chip.
He was so professional and very outstanding not to mention he's very very patient with me. I must say, storedj staffs have any outstanding customer service. Angus and Chris were awesome to deal with even store managers.

I bought an Arturia Keylab Midi keyboard a while ago. My experience with these guys is nothing than positive. Recently I also called them to ask questions re the midi capabilities of another Arturia device. They were not able to provide the answer immediately but had the device in store and told me they were going to test this and call me back. Top notch customer service. You've got a recurring customer now.

12 yrs ago was when I first stepped foot in this store. I swing by here and there and I love that it never feels any different with the customer service. I've never had a bad experience and they're always so willing to just chat and help. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for your audio equipment needs.

I have been purchasing all my studio gear from Store DJ for a long time now. I really do think they are one of the best stores I've ever dealt with. They offer competitive prices, the best products and offer very friendly and helpful service.

The store also is incredibly accomodating in helping you try out what you're interested in at the store before buying. The team went above and beyond when I was selecting both my studio monitors and MIDI controller.

One unique thing about Store DJ is that they offer extended warranties beyond the company's regular warranty period. This is extremely useful for expensive items that don't come with longer warranty periods (e.g. EVE monitors).

Honestly I can't fault Store DJ and really am a fan of the store and the guys that work there!

Best in-store experience! I was assisted by a super friendly and knowledgable staff member who took the time to help me buy an excellent pair of Beyerdynamic studio headphones. I was able to try out multiple headphones in-store to find a pair that perfectly suits my needs. I bought some other small items such as cables, and received great support in answer to my many queries. Also, the website itself is fantastic to determine stock levels at different stores so you can go to shop in-store with confidence they actually have what you need when you get there. Excellent product range too. A+ retail experience. Would definitely recommend.

I only spent about 10minutes in store but that's because the dude serving me was quick in getting me what I was looking for (real friendly guy btw!). I bought headphones and a disco ball, which aren't things I'd need to replace soon but I'd love to visit the store again and explore it simply from this little positive experience.
