The food was delicious, the atmosphere was comfortable, and despite being full you could still hear each other. There were also more options for us dairy intolerant than other places in Bacchus Marsh.

I think tonight's experience with our local will be the last unless they pick their game up. We are a local family that used to visit often enough. But recently few changes have been made and I don't think is for the best. Tonight I ordered glaze ribs, tasted nice but for 31 dollars and I didn't get more than 3 mouth fulls of ribs.
I the chef wasn't interested to discuss, the waitress and the manager both offered me a dessert something to drink or even a refund. I didn't take the refund as I ate what was given to me in the first place since the new changes have been made I feel like Its has been for the worst. Shame used to enjoy the place and the convenience of location. I think next time I will just drive to melton

Service from the kitchen was very slow. We waited over half an hour for our meals. When they came, they were very nice. The wait staff were very friendly and gave us all a complimentary drink.

Couldn't get a seniors meal. Even though I showed heaps of id. I wonder if they are that pedantic when it comes to under age drinking and gambling

If you offer an item on the menu you should know how to cook it Had lambs fry and bacon fry was way to thick and still bleeding and vegetables still mostly raw

The food was OK but the information re use of Seniors card was abysmal. I can walk with the aid of stick but any walking is painful for me. I did not see anywhere on the menu that one had to produce a seniors card to order a seniors meal. When l gave the order for two meals she asked for the card which was in my bag at the table so l walked over and got it. She then said l needed my husbands as well. Another very painful limp to get that. No wonder l no longer felt like eating. Better commutation would be helpful. I was served by a second worker the second time and she was kind unlike the first one who was quite arrogent.

Dropped in yesterday for a beer with the wife. Bought beers from front bar and went to go into the sports bar but told it was closed. No where to sit except outside sports bar doors, then 3 people walk into sports bar and light up smokes! But that's ok because they work there. No place for paying patrons to enjoy a beer but ok for staff to smoke inside on their break ffs

Meals weren't as good as they used to be. Done a lot of work on a kids playground and renovations but maybe should have focused more on the food.

This fantastic pub is set in the heart of bacchus marsh is family friendly and offers great deals ranging from Parma night steak night and kids eat free the food is super tasty and fresh it will surly satisfy your tastebuds and fill the hole in your stomach in your stomach the staff here are friendly and will greet you with a smile and a friendly hello so come on down and have a meal and a great night out or day

Used to love this place but today? Nasty. Cold fries, uncooked batter on the fish, hard hamburger patty. Really nasty. Oh well. All good things come to an end.

I haven't experienced such bad service for many years. A table for 12, combined bill- 2 meals were served first then 10 minutes after that 1 cold burger then 7 meals followed and the last 2 meals came out 12 minutes later, the coffees were cold and 3 coffees missing, the explanation from the lady in charge was the staff member was only learning. There was no apology and the poor trainee was left alone to make coffees and serve at the bar. We got the coffees for free after we complained.

Took the misus out for tea with no kids nice little joint to eat food was good n she won 500 on the pokies inside so aint got much to complain about staff were lovely

The put us at a recently used table with the previous customers food still on the floor beneath our feet, yet there was still plenty of clean empty tables around. My wife's order was completely wrong, she was refunded but ate nothing, the kids meals were bland. My steak was dry and burnt.
We found the staff to be quite rude and unhelpful. We will not be coming back a second time

Wow.probably the last time I will ever attend this venue.
The management of this club has gone extremely down hill.
Staff behind the bar were rude and don't even get me started on the waitress that served us the food. Over cooked and underwhelmed.

Excellent Venue. Freebies allround. Greatest for ice, coke and glass bottles of Carlton draught on tap.

Berated and patronised by a young server for not booking.
Had the lamb chops chosen from their specials menu, it was dry and left a horrible after taste that could almost be described as rancid.
One companion had caesar salad and described it as "ordinary, very ordinary" and other companion had pork belly and she just picked at it.

Food was garbage, service was worse (bar 1 staff member who was good). Avoid this place, money can be much better spent elsewhere

We haven't been for ages and went as our friends mentioned that it has improved and that the food was great. Unfortunately we didn't agree, nothing special about the food or service.in fact they completely forgot our entree. We won't be going back.

I had wedges for the entree, they tasted delicious. I also ordered the eggplant parmy, the eggplant was bland but still nice however, the chips that came with the parmy were extremely salty.
I'd also like to see a bit more of a selection on your menu to choose from.
