Stomping Ground Brewery & Beer Hall - Melbourne Airport

Ordered calamari, salad, chicken burger and chips to take away, bar wasn’t busy.

Wait around 15 mins for the entire order, calamari were very fresh, chips cooked perfectly, chicken burger has met the standard.

Overall, not overly friendly hospitality, but decent food and decent service.

Fantastic atmosphere! Customer service was amazing! Beers are cold are refreshing! Paired Perfectly with a range of food!

Highly recommended to anyone with half an hour or longer to spare between flights. It was that good I was honestly disappointed my return flight didn't have a longer connectioning flight, allowing enough time for a quick beer and bite to eat.

Will be returning next time and hopefully for a few extra beers!

The guy with curly hair tonight is an absolute legend, I’ve worked in hospitality for over 10 years and this is the type of work we need back in the industry

We used our $36 per person Priority Pass benefit and were in a hurry. They offered to have canned beers for take away plus getting our food order to go in a hurry.

Service could have been better but the effort was there and the beers I had made me forget I was upset about waiting for my flight.

For bacon chips this place gets the win. A really good serving with heaps of sour cream. Airport food is so off, but this place has great service, friendly staff, well priced and delicious good.

Kent was really friendly and helpful! I also enjoyed the delicious beer and appreciated being able to charge your phone. Highly recommend this place.

Wife Enjoyed the bowl of toasted muesli with yogurt and a warm cup of tea.
Beer choices on tap were not really my thing, though worth a pit stop before taking off

Meatball was good, so much flavour!
Hotdogs was just your hotdog, it was in a nice brioche bun!

COMPLETELY UTTERLY RUDE STAFF short asian girl should not be in customer service. Didnt catch her name but I had lunch and a beverage just around the corner at biggy smalls cafe was terrific. Given the choice walk around the corner and be treated with dignity and mutual repect. Its a big thumbs down on this venue and a shame that someone will run a business into the ground and likely not be held accountable or fly under the radar. I hope whoever owns this venue will find out how one bad apple can spoil the batch. Mark.

Amongst the best airport food our family has enjoyed. We enjoyed crispy toastie, delicious parmies, nachos and dairy free Moroccan meatballs. Coffee ok but warmed almond croissants were premium.

Being going to the stomping ground for coffee every morning for a few years now. The staff a amazing, friendly and welcoming. My coffee is made to my satisfaction every time.
Love the atmosphere at the stomping ground its lively with people enjoying they fine food and their speciality drinks. Well done and keep up the good service

The beer was pretty good, but the cute bartender was way better thought about asking for his number but I was too scared, maybe one day!

The service provided by the young male with short red hair was disgusting.
No greeting
No acknowledgement of what I ordered
No please, no thankyou, he did not utter a single word.
This person has no place in a customer service environment, if I wS his kiss 10 minutes ago, I wouldn't be any longer, he'd be taking a one way march out of here

I have had two weeks in Victoria and called in for a beer and some food at the airport on my way home. The beef hamburger was without doubt the greasiest I have ever eaten and it had little veg. Disgusting!

Amazing banter and top notch service the deputy manager treated us like kings after a 5 hour delay and made our night. Only thing to improve on is get some normal beers on tap and thanks Kent.

Walked in at 7: 50, tried to use the app to order but was turned off. Stood in the line for a beer, waited for the fairly slow bar staff to serve the 2 people in front of me. Got to my turn and rudely told that they were shut. Went elsewhere to get a beer then came back 15 mins later, still had customers in and the doors stayed open while staff started to have knockoffs. I love the whole stomping ground brand. Regularly drink their beer. Walked past other places for a drink because I knew this place was here. Very infuriating experience, especially as they have no opening hours posted anywhere.

They ran out of bacon & ham by 7: 30 in the morning. It took them 35 minutes for 2 coffees, one cheese croissant and one egg on toast. Poor service. I will never go back to this restaurant
