Always delicious and very clean! Great staff that know how to make great salads without too much chilli and parsley!

Thought I’d support local during lockdown, but massively let down, first by their poor customer service, secondly by the out of date (expired 6 days ago) flavored milk that made me vomit with one mouthful. Chicken was also very dry.
Upon returning to the shop I was offered a replacement milk, needless to say I was no longer in the mood for milk so asked for a refund which was met with reluctance and hesitation.

Great roast packs, chickens, salads and desserts. Maybe the best in town in this space. Prices have crept up though making this far from an inexpensive option for a family. Full sized roast packs at over $18 each make for a delicious alternative to the usual take away but are on par with Schnitz, Grilled and pretty much anything else as far as cost goes

Roast Veges, the carrots weren't even peeled and half cooked. All up the Veges didn't even taste roasted. Also I got a chicken breast and that was dry.
Never again.

Nice food love the crunchy chicken served with salads. Staff are friendly and prices are reasonable.

Good food and yummy chips.

But loose a star due to occasionally staff occasionally not getting meal order correct and as closing earlier than 9PM, 8: 45 and was already closed and dark, please adjust listed opening hours to something like 8: 30pm as I notice I'm not first person to comment this

The food is just awwwwwww. The ladies are awesome. The only way they could get more stars would be to add the girls behind the counter into the count.

Love this place everything is perfect and at a good price as well.girls there are lovely as well.

We have come here a couple of times and love it. We have been served by an absolutely delightful mother and daughter. Very friendly service. Awesome roast potatoes! The food is always good and well priced. Will be going back next time we're in the area. Thank you!

Order was not made correctly. Too late to take it back. Called and complained and they offer $6 small chips when I spent $40 on meals.

Tried for the first time tonight and was really impressed. Ordered a roast pack which was reasonably priced and generously sized. Fried chicken was very tasty. Will definitely be back - absolutely worth the drive across town to get value for money, as opposed to the roast shop just around the corner from us

$29 for two chicken rolls and two small orange juices.could have got 2 large McDonald's meals and still had change.very expensive

Really disappointed this time to come from creswick and be let down the customer service was really bad and rude the food was no where up to standard it was poorly dished also the meat was very dry also a very scarce amount of meat hardly any peas and gravy also very very unhappy and disappointed especially at $15.00 a meal a refund would more than likely in order that's not good for business at the end of the day it's all about customer service and keeping them happy not just takeing you're money.: FIX IT UP

To be honest, I haven’t even tried the $65 worth of food yet that I just bought. But wether or not it’s enjoyable, the customer service I just received in store was absolutely hideous.
The woman could not have been any more rude and unwelcoming if she tried.
Based on that experience I won’t return ‍️

Usually have an awesome roast pack, but tonight the Beef was tough & the scallop potatoes were so under cooked I couldn’t eat them.

Staff were very friendly meal was huge fantastic value I'd never been before very happy and I'll definitely be back

Wow what a great place. The food is excellent. Great selection. I had the fried chicken and chips and a cake. Everything was fresh. The staff and store are clean.

I thought the food was great really enjoyed the chicken chips and cauliflower in cheese sauce yummy!

Awesome joint. Grass roots staff, no flowery stuff. Good food and portion size. I ordered a "regular" sized meal and nearly gave myself a hernia. Largely because I couldn't stop eating it. Will go again.

Great girls behind the counter incredible food at great prices. Massive selection and roasts (almost) as good as mums.maybe better
