Food is fantastic and decent serving sizes.

Coffee was the only let down.

Great place fantastic food people very friendly can not fault this place in anyway been there a few times all ways a great vibe even when busy no one stressed like other places I've been keep up the fantastic job guys see you again soon

Absolutely gorgeous cafe with excellent and exquisitely presented food. Very child friendly with safe play space and modern change facilities and a loo you can fit a pram in! My new favourite cafe in the Hills.

The food here is absolutely delicious. Truly some of the best brunch food I've had. The presentation of the food looks beautiful too. The cafe has a warm and cosy atmosphere.

I was after a burger. The menu said beef brisket burger. But it was a sandwich; slices of beef and a slaw. Having said that, it was incredibly delicious and the chips were REAL CHIPS and I loved it. I will definitely go again. Why call it a burger?

Staff are friendly and greet you at the door and always willing to go the extra mile. Coffee is the best in the hills, and the menu has a little something for everyone regardless of eating in the run or dining in.

Lovely staff great food and coffee very warm and inviting. We sat outside chilly but comfortable. There’s a playroom at the back

Really nice cafe, staff were very busy and apologetic but didn’t need to be as the service was still quite fast and the meals were great. Coffee was perfect. Nice ambient environment and very friendly and attentive staff.

Loved the SmashedAvo, balsamic dressing really makes it amazing. I haven’t been up to Emerald for a while, will definitely be coming back more often:)

What a gem! Coffee is amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed my well-cooked big breakfast. Staff are very polite and warm, will definitely come back again when visiting Emerald.

We went there in a busy weekend, unfortunately staffs weren’t polite. It might one if their busy days, but it wasn’t pleasant fir us.
The quality if their food was 4out of five. The service was quicker than we expected. Love the atmosphere and wall paintings. It is really nice that they have kids space, but it wasn’t clean enough.
They have Outdoor table, but the shading wasn’t working well to make it comfortable.
Will go there again to see if I can have better experience.

Cozy place. Friendly staffs. Great coffee but their Charlie Chai is just fair. Average servicing portions and delicious meals - worth the penny. Could be busy during peak hours but there’s parking spaces available right across the café (library). After devouring sumptuous meal, enjoy walking and sightseeing in Emerald Lake. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place.

Had a breakfast here today with our doggies. Great service, Welcoming and very good coffee. Will return - thanks team
