Exceptional! We ordered some glass splashbacks for our laundry and couldn't be happier on all fronts! The customer service was excellent and the meticulous measuring and quality of work from Carl was outstanding! It was mesmerising to watch such a perfectionist at work. An absolute gentleman who I'd be happy to have back in my home any time.
Says they'll be there in the morning. Never arrives. Second bad experience with this company, first time they put in 'common' glass so I wouldn't have to replace the entire section again, and then told me when they later replaced more glass I can no longer get that glass. Terrible business. If you want to keep ringing them to get any work done, go for it.
Had a quick conversation with Bill and got a quote. Called back in 5 min to confirm the specs but the lady gave me a different quote. Moreover, when I told her my original quote, she got upset and defensive over the phone. I wanted to put in a quick order but bad customer experience turned me away.
This is one of few old school family run businesses left in the glass trade that offer a wide range of glass services.
