We had our kitchen splashback installed by Stevens Glass and cannot recommend them highly enough. All the staff from the start of our job to the end were fantastic. Karl was a great guy - not only easygoing and friendly but also meticulous in all aspects of his work from measuring to installation, even coming back a second time to double check measurements. With Covid delays and supplier issues in getting the product we ordered, the process was longer than expected but Matt went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result.

Great service and very reasonable pricing. Less than a week before Christmas I rang for a quote to replace a cracked and very large front lounge room window (1220 X 1382) and within 2 days it was fitted with a great finish - all for $390. The two window installers were very pleasant and completely cleaned up the mess of removing / replacing the cracked window leaving no trace that they had ever been there (other than my new window)!

Waited 4 weeks for piece of glass (due to Christmas) which was OK
Had taken in a plastic fridge shelf we wanted to replace with glass.
Person in reception measured said part. Finally got the glass looked good until we got home only to find out that she had measured incorrectly.
Now I have apiece of toughened glass which will be thrown away, waste of money. Will not use them again.
Also could spell my name correctly so pickup took longer as they couldn't find it. NOT HAPPY

I have been an interior designer for over 20 years and have dealt with numerous glass companies. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I can't put these guys in any of these categories. Stevens glass Ringwood was totally amazing. Quick and simple dealing when you know what you want.

Quoted one price for garage window fix then would not accept cash so that they could invoice at almost double the price. Never get repeat customer with this type of activity.

A big shout-out to the Stevens Glass employee who assisted me over the weekend in moving a sick bush-walker from the upper roadside on Mt Donna Buang (Warburton). He transported us down the mountain to my car, and then I took her home. Must be a great company to have such community-minded and caring staff!

Recently had troubles with a dog door installed by Stevens Glass quite a few years ago. They attended promptly and replaced the door at no charge. Excellent customer service. Jill

They came out onsite said they could replace the window, 3 hours later got a call complaining about a mess (currently doing work on the house, but the are they would be working is clean). Absolute piss poor effort from their workers would not recommend
