32Went here with some issues with my Oral B toothbrush. Carlos was very helpful and aided me to get the warranty fix for what I needed promptly.
Rang Statewide this afternoon at 4: 45pm and spoke to a gentleman who guided me through replacing a light globe on a very old rangehood. He was extremely patient and courteous and took the time to guide us through the process. Great service, fantastic help and we are very grateful for helping to light up our stove top again!
Buyer beware! Purchased a product expecting it to be what was advertised and received a different product model. Best they can do is say the photo on their website has not been updated. Said I can return the product but won’t refund the money until the product is received but more than happy to take my money upfront and deliver a product which wasn’t what I purchased! Lesson learnt! Don’t buy from these people again! Misleading product information on their website and lack of communication. A simple email would have been nice to inform me that they don’t make that model before taking my money would have been the right approach Jim!
An Incredibly helpful phone staff member helped arrange for the delivery and payment for a replacement Braun cord. Came in a very timely manner and well packaged. Would recommend!

On-the-spot assistance with my Kenwood mixer just a few days before Christmas. It was only a two-minute job in the end and he didn't charge me anything.
The product I ordered online was received but incorrect part was delivered. Karl was very happy to quickly rectify and send me a replacement at no extra charge. Excellent customer service.
I ordered some replacement parts for my blender, they arrived very quickly and safely packed, Great after care service, I rang them as one of the products was faulty and the service was amazing! Quickly sorted out and replacement sent, arrived in a few days, which is a big deal when you live in WA, postage usually takes a week. The replacement arrived safely wrapped (very sharp blender blade) and in perfect condition, Would 100% recommend these guys
