Amazing and prompt service. Highly recommend. They have helped replace two toothbrushes through warranty with no issues at all.

Amazing service! Had some issues with my 'expensive' Oral B electric tooth brushes, they straight swapped them on the spot for brand new handles. Couldnt ask for a better result, the service was very quick and knowledgeable. The owner of 30 years was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Had to get my shaver repaired and they received it, fixed it and sent it back within a week. Good thing too because the razor bumps were starting to look embarrassing.

I think place does warranty repairs/replacements for Oral-B toothbrushes for Australia, and some electric shaving brands.

I've had to made a few electric toothbrush warranty claims, and each time they've provided a replacement. They have also been timely in returning a replacement device in the mail very promptly (within 1-2 business days of receiving the faulty item). Good stuff. Can't really ask for better customer and warranty service.

They understand the urgency of spare parts needed. I bought before 12pm and got it the next day by 9am! Really one of the fastest purchase I’ve came across. Will surely think of them whenever I need spare parts. Very reliable.

Had to send in my device for warranty repair replacement. Whole process was free, smooth, hassle free and quick! Sent in via reply paid postage on a Wed, received the repaired/ replacement back via post on Tue! They set the bar for how service should be! Am thoroughly impressed.

Ordered product from their website, it arrived incorrectly, offered to exchange it so long as I pay the return freight and cop a 20% restocking fee. Lesson learnt, don't order from websites with drop downs. Get on the phone and wait like you have too for any kind of service these days, then get the supplier to do the selection, that way you don't cop all the additional costs for website mistakes because the onus is on the customer to get it right.

Karlos' knowledge of products and their fix is amazing. My 12 year old Braun Silk Epil wasn't at it's best. Karlos diagnosed the issue over the phone, I sent it in for testing & one new head later it's back to it's old self. The turn around time from sending to return was less than a week. BRILLIANT customer service thankyou

Recently had our Breville Oracle repaired by Statewide who did a fantastic job. They were fast, offered great explanations on the issue and advice but most importantly our machine is working perfectly.

I think it's important that when a company does right by their customers it is shared with the wider community. Joe from state wide services is a prefect example on how to service a customer. Knowing I was initially not happy with the service provided, he rang me straight away and offered me a resolution. Let's be honest most companies don't even bother with complaints, but I was totally blown away by Joe and his commitment to write a wrong, whether he believed I was right or not made no difference to him, and for that I am very appreciative to Joe and his team. Great service

I could not speak any higher of this company. I needed new filters for our range hood; not only did they have the cheapest prices that I could find, but the order was fulfilled within 30 minutes and I received it the following day with Australia Post, despite that it is still stage 4 lock down. Hats off to you guys, you are super efficient and I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs spare parts! Thanks heaps.

My husband's Braun Series 9 shaver stopped working. After many calls was directed to Statewide Services and so glad I did. Karlos was exceptional with his advice etc. Sent the shaver to them and it was repaired and returned promptly. Would recommend this company. Thank you Karlos for your outstanding service it was much appreciated.

Did NOT fix coffee machine. I took it to The Express Group instead.
This is not a negative review or a positive review, it is just a neutral review, they refunded my $55 for them to look at it, so that is why I am not giving a 1-star review. I gave my non-working DeLonghi coffee machine to them to look at it for $55. They held it for 3-weeks without even looking at it. They told me to come pick it up and they would refund my $55 back. Then I took it to 'The Express Group' on 267 Settlement rd, Thomastown. They fixed it perfectly. Plus, for others wanting to know, the Express Group does only Coffee machines, but I think Statewide does other things too besides coffee machines.

On-the-spot assistance with my Kenwood mixer just a few days before Christmas. It was only a two-minute job in the end and he didn't charge me anything.

Firstly I would just like to say to anyone reading this that this review is from a genuine customer, not a fake or paid for by Statewide Services. I had an exceptional experience with this company during my repair in a Braun series 9 shaver. Karlos Moussa is an outstanding employee who went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive result with my repair. I only wish more people were like Karlos. Thank you again!
