We're half way through the process of settling my brothers estate and to date, I have found the State Trustees to be extremely efficient and professional. Also, very informative. I'm thoroughly impressed with them which is such a relief at such a difficult, sad time. Christine

Service is still as bad (if not worse) as what was described in the 2019 Victorian Ombudsman report. Pretty sure if I skimmed money from a family member's Centrelink payments and called it 'commission' whilst sitting on my hands and doing nothing, I'd be charged with theft. If I'd known earlier how bad State Trustees were, I would've managed my loved one's finances myself for free. Government services shouldn't make a profit off vulnerable people who live below the poverty line.

I have personally found the State Trustees to be very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that I have had in the past. Friendly and efficient staff.

State Trustees has always been easy to deal with. They have a wide variety of services and provide you with advice when you need it. The staff are knowledgeable and will answer your questions. If the person cannot answer the question, they will pass you onto someone who can. They won't just guess.

Doing my Will with State Trustees was an easy process, the staff was very helpful, highly recommend State Trustees.

Not possible to score lower than 1 star - even though they deserve a much lower score. This "company" botched the payment of my relative's funeral expenses, didn't bother to contact us back and the funeral supplier has been chasing payment for over 150 days. I have had to contact them on 4 separate occasions and each time they assured me the invoice would be paid. Thoroughly disgraceful conduct, retraumatising me and my family each time we've had to deal with this. I would NEVER trust these people with my family's will or the management of a family member's finances ever again.

I reached out to State Trustees on behalf of my mum to help her get her will sorted. The team at State Trustees was fantastic, they were able to relate to my mum's current situation and provide a very thorough service. Also the price was really good which I imagine anyone on a pension would appreciate.

State Trustee's have been so helpful with my Sisters Estate, it has taken so much stress off if me, and all the staff are respectful and have empathy at a very difficult time. I would recommend State Trustees to everyone especially with all the details of a person's estate which can be very difficult at a time when it is very painful.

We have found the State Trustees to have been nothing short of wonderful. Everything has been clearly explained, their empathy has been evident throughout. No query or question, no matter how trival has been an imposition and answered as quickly and fully as they can. They've made a difficult time far easier.

Have had issues with trying to save money as well as people trying to take money out of my account without any permission from me including mental health team trying to open a medical account for a chemist as well as state trustees stopping my rent assistance and and state trustees telling Centrelink I am paying more than I am in rent.
So far I have not really got any savings where as I am meant to have at least 500$.
I am not happy with dinali and Bruce taking advantage of my mental health situation for money.
So far I do not have any trust in you guys.

My father passed away in 2018 (right before lockdown), and we could not find his will.
I have 3 other siblings and we all agreed on the outcome of his estate.only getting to the finish line seemed impossible.
I rang State Trustees. From the moment I explained my situation, until i received the finalisation letter this company has been kind, caring, professional and pure integrity. Walking into this situation unexpectedly as we do, I was emotional and uneducated in this industry. I felt safe and supported. Andrea Fox is a true angel in one of the hardest times in my life. I cannot thank her and this company enough, doing the hardest work on behalf of other people. A true blessing. <3

Rude customer service. Online customer service officer Brett ended my chat without acknowledging my request for my client.

State Trustees charged my credit card 3x for the one service and I’m still waiting for my 2x refund for services that I didn’t take up. Emails, phone calls and a paypal investigation haven’t changed anything. I agree with others - if I could leave 0 stars, I would.

They rang me after my Mother’s death & told me there was still almost a thousand dollars left & if I gave them my bank details they would deposit it into my account. But they didn’t do that: (When I rang them again they still didn’t deposit it! I spoke to them just recently & they told me they would ring me back but they haven’t done so!

If I could leave 0 stars I would but unfortunately I can only leave 1 star. These people only have 1 interest at heart and let me tell you it’s NOT their clients (It’s themselves).

This are a manipulating soul destroying company that should have been shut down years ago. Have no regards of human rights for their employees or customers. Time they were really put down for good.
Why can't we put Nissan's,

All l can say is that the reviews shows many people have been badly hurt and treated by a state government service controlled by Tim Pallas of the Andrew's government. They all claim to have been grossly over charged for simple services. Very bad and dangerous to made so many enemiesTim and Daniel, you never know who you may have to depend on for help in the future. People communicate and State Trustee extremely high charges badly hurts lots of so many people in different ways. When you don't care Tim and Andrew people end up hating and that's a very stupid thing to foster in others.

If you want communication do not use. Can not get through to call centre and no reply to emails
