Starbucks Galleria reviews
43Conveyer low-quality drinks. You will get better quality coffee any othe place. Shame on Starbacks!
Ordered frappuccino. Nice place for a quick bite. Lots of seating spots, toilets and the best power points for charging your gizmos.
My partner and i get our coffees from this store atleast once a week. Always had an exceptional service and experience except for this week. I mentioned to our cashier that last time the coffees were a bit too milky for which she suggested that she would add like one extra coffee shot in one of the coffees so we could try how it tastes. I didn’t check whether or not she charged me for the extra shot. On checking with this guy (i think his name was Cengiz) about the coffee shot and requesting him to put half extra shot in both the coffees instead of putting one entire in my coffee (like the cashier kind lady suggested), he said very rudely to me that I haven’t paid for the extra shot therefore i need to pay for the extra. I did try explaining him that the lady just mentioned before i paid that she has included extra coffee shot but instead kept yelling saying you need to pay extra. Not like I denied to pay for the extra coffee shot to the cashier lady. I dont think i would have said no to paying 50 cents when i am spending about $15.70 just for my coffee orders. I have always before this received amazing service but this time wasn’t the same.
After being a world renowned brand for their quality of coffees, i think something like this disturbs the whole experience as I didn’t even enjoy my coffee that day.
Always go the cold drinks they are the best, the food is a bit expensive for what it is but yummy. Need to show your covid cert especially if U are dining in.
This is not my usual go-to coffee place when I'm in town but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was pretty good really and the muffin was excellent. Also impressive was the fast take-away service from a very friendly staff.
It is not a very big premise. But the service was super fast. We ordered take away and I don't think we waited more than 6 min.
I was desperately tired and hungry. They had very little to offer in the way of vegan/plant based food. I ended up chewing on a bagel spread with vegemite only, no margarine. The coffee was reasonable.
Enjoyed the coffee frapp and the ambience in what feels like a secluded spot in the CBD onced seated inside.another covid reminder of simple pleasures we are startig to enjoy again (if leaving name &)
Due to being too busy, the staff members pretty much do not care about politeness etc. The cashier pretty much doesn’t like to guide first-time customers and they just want to shoo you away asap (saw this happened). The baristas that made my coffee on the other hand is polite and double checks with me if I’m happy with the beverage that I’ve ordered. 5/5 rating for the barista, 1/5 for the cashier staff member. This is the least favourite Starbucks in Melbourne
I used to drink coffee in this place. There were two men that I haven't seen before. Today staffs' americano was really bad. The americano had a burn taste. I complained my coffee to the staff, but new americano was also terrible. Their attitude was offensive.
Bad customer service. I barely found any smile faces in this branch. The wifi didn't work (i've tried more than 20 times). I asked a staff if the password has been changed, the staff said with an arrogant face like "it did work this morning! Should be worked this time as well. " Well. I came here for using wifi, but it's hopeless.
Worse long black I ever tasted. Asked barista (If you call him that) to remake it. Second cup just as bad. Also, extremely limited gluten free options. Will not waste my money or time again.
Absolutely the worst service ever from a Starbucks store! ”
Ordered a caffe mocha and ham/cheese croissant. Received the croissant with no cutlery, which was okay but then people who were served after me started getting their coffees before me.eventually I got a coffee.but it was just a mocha. I didn't worry about waiting around for the right coffee and went down the road to another cafe. I definitely won't be coming back to this store and will think twice about buying from Starbucks again.
This store has wonderful staff and the best pear and raspberry bread i have ever eaten. Wish i could go more often!
Rude staff. I spilled my tea and the woman cleaning was incredibly rude almost shouting at me telling me I could sit down when I asked her. Moreover, in most Starbucks they would refill your drink if you spilled it but not this one. For this reason I would never attend Starbucks in Australia again it is not the same service as you find in Europe and North America. Absolutely pathetic service.
The sandwiches are just awful here. Nothing like the quality we get in the UK Starbucks. Twice I've had a dry sandwich on stale bread with low quality filling. Unfortunate. Won't bother anymore
They got my orders wrong for more than twice, putting less coffee/syrup in my drink while I paid for an extra shot. Quality is not consistent. Very disappointing.
Staff were slow and preferred to chat amongst themselves, rather than actually make drinks with a growing line.
Staff was too soft to be heard over everyone in the place. She had to repeat herself multiple times (softly). Felt kinda dumb after
Great restaurant, I always love to come here because they always make the best Matcha Frappuccino and it quick. The staff are always nice the food on offer is good.
