Seriously the worst pink drink I’ve ever tasted in my life. How can it taste so bad its a mystery! While I was there several other people had issues with their drinks but instead of remaking them, the barista just asked us to add sugar in our drinks if we don’t like them. I know the store is busy but seriously, handling customers like that is not what Starbucks stands for. Very disappointed.
First of all, no one is looking for trouble. But the behavior of the Your boss will be grateful to you for getting him a complaint to play, the night of November 7th. Buy a cup of coffee, coffee +cream. The three young employees of the store had a great time. There were many people waiting for coffee, but they continued to play and laugh. The people in the back are complaining. They don't care. Other people's time is not for you to play. After waiting 15-20 minutes the coffee is finally ready. As a result, employee still forget to give me cream after reading the order (because they had too much fun). What's more amazing is that. When she knew she had forgotten cream, she poured some milk in my coffee. How clever of you to do that! You think I've never had one before? If my order says to add milk. So, the waitress who ordered this coffee for me, why did you make a mistake? Is it because you're having too much fun to notice? Your boss will be very grateful to you, because you got a complaint.
Went here at approximately 4pm Monday. Ordered two large Green Tea Fraps and two spin and h and ricotta rolls. The fraps were watery and the rolls were so bad (almost stale-like) that I would like a refund.
Best frappe from all the Starbucks in the CBD. Unlike other stores serving watery frappe this store’s frappe is thick and smooth just exactly what I’ve always loved and looking for from Starbucks in another countries.
Been to many Starbucks but this is by far the slowest to get your order even outside of peak times. Expect 20+ minutes of wait times
Ordered a Nitro Cold Brew but half of the cup was just froth, definitely not ordering another one ever again.
I had here the worst coffee I ever bought. First, I was waiting for half an hour for one cup of black coffee. For some reason, the bill was higher than the price of what I ordered from the menu. What I got instead of coffee was just a full cup of boiling water with a slightly brownish color. I burned my hands because it was full to the edge, and I couldn't walk with it. In the end I poured out half of it to the street sewage. It was completely tasteless, as if it is the water that comes out when you clean your coffee machine. I don't think it is always like that in all the Starbucks places, but I apparently happened to be extremely unlucky that day.
Service was horrible, made me feel stupid for not knowing what a grande was hahah. I sure do know now!
Staff are great and it's a Starbucks so your gonna get the same menu options no matter what store you pick.
The music picks though at this store are great.
Food / drink is consistent but the service is always slow. I've been in many times and the staff are not moving with any pace, even when traditionally they should be under the pump. The team seem to not flow and help each other consistently.
The staff name Annish has very bad customer service. I was at the order station as a first customer but he asked other customers first and I have only 20mn to grab a drink before work.
Coffee is BURNT. Couldn’t drink it.
Told the manager if there is something wrong with the coffee machine but she says nothing wrong. She literally didn’t even ask what is wrong and just chucked my coffee in the sink and made me a new one. Obviously it tasted the same.
I have Starbucks coffee often but it does not taste like this. Bad coffee and bad customer service ruined my day.
Ordered a tea, looked under the lid and saw a plastic pyramid teabag. Several years ago there were tons of news articles about scientists detecting millions of microplastics particles, released by plastic teabags into the cup, and we still have a giant chain store coffee shop feeding people microplastics.
A typical Long Black coffee from starbucks is a disgusting, tasteless, odourless, caffeinated water garbage.
PS: The chocolate donat was okay though.

It wasn't even busy but they still took years to heat up food. It was like everyone was stoned and moving at 30% of their maximum speed.
Frappe is yummy. However, the coffee was extremely hot and tasted like burnt milk. We kindly asked the brownie to be heated up for a bit and they gave it back to us all melted. Service was pretty poor.
I like the atmosphere and beveragea but phased by the crude cleaning crew who just swiped everything on our table she fet was rubbish, running her dirty cleaning cloth on the table. No apologies, just a ‘you can fo and get some more’ remark.
Arrived close to closing time. But couldn’t order a drink. I get that it’s close to closing time.
But your close time is 7pm. You should still be providing service till that time. Not earlier cause you want to go home.
Cleaning should start after you close the doors, so you can still make drinks till then.
Poor service.
