Starbucks reviews
58Starbucks delacombe: They add very less amount of coffee as compared to other starbucks. I go to Melbourne twice a week and have starbucks coffee each time but when i ordered from delacombe, it was way too lighter i mean more milk n less coffee. I would need my coffee stronger same as the starbucks in Melbourne city. If its the same brand, quality of product should be the same.
Not the greatest coffee in town by a longshot and very very slow despite 6 staff on and not overly busy.
Toilets and cleanliness of the establishment was really not good.
Walk in to there bathroom and walk out to use the service station might pay to do some cleaning guys
We decided to compare the coffee as a joke with the 1 dollar coffee in the service station opposite that I got when using there clean rest room and unfortunately found the cheap $1 coffee was way better.but to there credit the pumpkin chi was pretty good though
Realized after it was too late i didn't even get the correct coffee, wrong size and flat white when i ordered a cappuccino. Few staff doing not much while store is pretty filthy. Better off supporting small business at these prices anyway.
Good value coffee and frappe’s. Lovely smooth, flavoursome Cappuccino and young bloke adored his vanilla frappe. Spinach and ricotta and the beef sausage rolls were excellent value and very tasty as was the beef pie. 5 out 5 stars for novelty and value but, for us, not a strong enough taste, double shot next time. Super friendly staff and and inviting surroundings I do recommend and will return in the future!
We come here a reasonable amount and they are always nice.
Ive been having their regular iced latte and not enjoying it so they took the time to remake my coffee and explained to me that id probably enjoy their blonde roast more as it had a more gentle iced coffee flavour.
There was no judgement and they are all so lovely.
I'll keep coming here just for the good service.
Thanks Starbucks Team ️
Was excited to finally go to a Starbucks and since my parents and I hadn't been to one before we were a little slow at ordering.the girl who served us was very blunt and obviously annoyed at us for not knowing a lot.the attitude we received made it a not so pleasant experience.the drinks were nice though
Ordered a latte 2nd largest one value I thought was reasonable but couldn’t taste the coffee and was just Burnt milk worst coffee I had a mouthful and threw it out so ended being a waste of money get there cold drinks they at least have flavour. Staff were nice but coffee terrible. At least I know not to bother now
Terrible service. Terrible drink - custom made but tasted so awful it was thrown out. Won't return.
First Star Bucks to open in Ballarat at DTC, had the Japanese Matcha (was delicious) and the out of this world doughnut was pretty yum. The atmosphere was good, the store was clean, however some of the staff could definitely improve hygiene habits when dealing with customers and their food
I'm sure that the workers here are lovely, however Starbucks is currently union busting over in America and has therefore lost any business they'd ever get from me.
Screw Starbucks.
Too expensive, coffee was mediocre, cheese cake was alright. Was charged extra for an extra shot if coffee, that's never happened to me before. Coffee wasn't strong enough anyway. As I said I won't be going again ever!
What takes so long to make a coffee! My Clash of a clans town hall upgraded from 11 to 12 During my wait in drive through. It’s a shame I couldn’t actually review the coffee: (
Been through twice. Super expensive for what you get, always leave feeling like I payed too much especially when drinks are filled with 3/4 ice and are gone in two seconds. Sweeteners and straws forgotten.
Staff are nice though.
Went in earlier for a lactose free hot caramel macchiato for myself, and an almond milk iced latte for the misso (dairy allergy). Currently blasting my toilet as I write this because my milk definitely was not lactose free (and they gave me an iced one by the way, but I was fine to let that slide) and the misso is sadly pouring her whole milk iced latte down the sink. This isn’t the first time either.
We’ve been ordering a Starbucks since the day it opened. But we never had the exact taste as we always get when we used to order it back in Melbourne, but tonight, the staff member name Hayden made the yummies Iced Latte Pure Matcha & Signature Hot Chocolate!
Hit and miss, sometimes you get a really good coffee sometimes they don't mix the add ins leaving them on the bottom
Terrible, my chocolate frap, was over 60 % ice, which turned all the dairy products to slush. To buy a reusable Starbucks cup, $25 to over $40
A toddler had a little spill, no cloth to clean it, the parents had to use napkins. What a joke
Overpriced over rated
Wish I had gone to mac Cafe and used the extra money buy petrol
This location has some really lovely staff. Always super friendly! I was served tonight by Taylor (I think) and she was wonderful! Keep up the great work
Terrible service, rude, zero enthusiasm, slow, waited 20mins for a coffee, No tomato sauce. Very disappointed
