Really awesome starbucks friendly staff, excellent customer service i haven't rated food as i didn't but food.
But no doubt its probably good as my coffee is made perfect this is another excellent coffee stop in ballarat I've now got 2 favourite coffee stops.
Highly recommend you try a coffee here you will not be disappointed.
The tiramisu coffee is great try
I also picked up the tall mug i seen it and had to have it.

I us usually get the vanilla bean frappe and it is always the most flavourful drink and is the best drink I’ve ever had. Service is normal nice staff and usually only takes 5 minutes for them to finish my order.

It's ok. Not the best. Nothing compared to Starbucks in Japan. The drinks here are too sweet. Extremely sweet. I've asked for less syrup and it's still too sweet.

The staff are always nice, the drive through however is a disappointing experience, more people need to be on point to ensure this experience is smooth and fast

Very impressed. I was a Starbucks doubter although I had used their drive through and I liked their Frappechinos. But friend and I were looking for breakfast and Maccas drive-in was far too crowded so made the decision to try here.
Left deciding I'll come back. Sandwiches to choose are ready made Inn the chiller cabinet. You give them to the checkout and pay and they take away and toast.
I had chicken mayo and stuffing. It had ample filling and was delicious.
Friend has the bog standard ham and cheese and they loved it as well.
Service was fast although not overly busy. So that may have helped. I noticed they also have donuts etc.

Great service as we walked in, served right away. I got my hot drink in a reasonable time however my sister who order a pink drink waited 30+ minutes for her drink while drive through orders were getting prioritised.
I can appreciate that it was busy in store and in drive through however waiting that long for and “easy” drink while other orders were prioritised was just an awful customer experience.

Entered today with my Assistance Dog In Training to have the manager approach. Quickly realised it was an Assistance Dog and handled it very well and comfortably without discrimination. Thanks again, Latte was great also.

Love Starbucks but beendisappointed the cheese & am croissants haven't been available, my favorite will they be available soon?

Usually a good experience but the last few times a staff member whose apron tag says ‘nicu’ has been talking about his personal life at the window. While staff talk and that is normal in hospo having to hear this while in drive through, you could literally at least close the window, when I haven’t asked to be involved in your personal life as part of this transaction is unpleasant particularly when the topics are varied and child use your establishment. Just some mild respect to others space by closing a window or waiting until customers aren’t next to you to discuss personal matters would be great.

Staff was lovley, drinks came out quick, got a hibiscus tea lemonade which was lovely, 100% reccomend to anyone who loves coffe and tea

Our go to place between Ferntree Gully and Balmoral whilst we were moving house. Excellent coffee and even better cheese and tomato toasties. The almond croissants are good too.
Nice friendly atmosphere

Still a bit pricey for a average overrated drink unless the gingerbread was on the menu all the time, I'm no fan.

I was devastated when the Ballarat Starbucks closed and so happy we have a store back again.
Staff are always friendly and helpful.

These guys do a exceptional job coffee is always lovely guys are always happy and smiling and always excited to serve me and my Rottweiler:)

The staff make it difficult to return here. Verity is always friendly and welcoming however everyone else makes out as if you're interrupting them by getting them to do their job. Often discuss inappropriate conversation aloud with customers and children in ear shot.

Ordered a caramel frappe couldn't taste any caramel at all. They nicely made it again, a hint of caramel could be tasted this time only because I was trying so hard to taste it. I have ordered caramel frappe from Starbucks all over the world and this is the first time it didn't taste like caramel. This store needs to add more flavouring. Very disappointing I won't be back. Staff were nice however.

Lilly and Nic SLAYED the drinks and the drive thru experience was absolutely amazing, best starbies trip I have ever had because of them. Pay rise these people.

I’m Loving Starbucks Delacombe…. I use the drive through - always fantastic service with a smile, fast service, lattes are consistent which is hard to achieve with different staff. It has become my go to!

My skim milk cappuccino was disgusting, think they forgot to put the coffee in. Never again!

Staff were friendly but coffee is terrible. Have tried a few times and the coffee lacks the taste of coffee.
