St Vincent Gardens reviews
41Beautiful gardens surrounded by wonderful homes that also have some exquisite gardens, one of the prettiest streets of Melbourne
There's a large playground for big kids and a little one for smaller kids. Lovely well kept grounds.
Beautiful gardens if you're a local and the travel time is short but nothing worth travelling too far for.
Shady tall trees, lawn areas, seats in park areas lawn bowls area, quiet spot to relax, just off Canterbury Road.
I’m so glad these gardens haven’t been spoiled and not too many people come here. Beautiful, even on a cold day. So close to Bridport Street shops / cafes / restaurants / upmarket boutiques / real estate agents etc all set in blue chip Albert Park.
Jacob and Emma are two of the most incredible staff I've ever come across. They are professional, courteous and professional. Well done guys!
Albert Parks beautiful gardens, great for a picnic, fun for the kids with great play equipment and a stones throw from Bridport street with so many cafes or simply a nice place to sit and relax
This park is close to South Melbourne Market so you can sit and chill and then shop fresh food. It is close to schools and child care in Albert Park and South Melbourne vicinity.
Shifra needed a feed and I wanted to take her outdoors so this place worked well.
This park is best for:
• chilling with the baby
• safe 2-hr parking with nearby schools and residential surrounds
Sshhhh! Don’t tell too many people about this wonderful secret! Hidden away amongst one of the most prestigious streets in Melbourne, this park has a great shaded playground that’s perfect for kids of all ages. There’s also a tennis club and lawn bowls club. Close to Albert Park village too so you can grab a takeaway lunch and enjoy a picnic in this beautiful setting.
A well laid out park. With a kids playground and bowling club. A nice area for a lunch break when its fine.
It's a great spot for a Birthday Party in the Gardens - Been there many times giving rides around the block at Kids Parties - Very popular at weekends!
I thought it was a fantastic place to rest near the city. One side was quieter while the other was designed for functions and such.
A lovely spot for a picnic and meander.oh and check out the amazing houses around the square. Lovely.
Great gardens, nice for lunch. Has a toilet open dailight hours. A considerable playground
Definitely worth a visit
This place is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful, it's very well kept with some amazing trees, and lots of varieties of plants, seems like a place from an older time/ botanical garden/ Central Park, I totally reccome it
The gardens are beautiful here. The guys working there are so nice. I was enquiring about some of the plants they have and one of the guys stopped and helped me figure it out. His name I think was Bryce. Really nice guy, so helpful!
Very nice gardens and the flower beds are planted seasonally with some great varietals of older trees. Nice space to relax when local. Sth Melbourne markets aren't too far away for some fresh produce before enjoying the park.
One of my favorite parks in Melbourne and it's just around the corner from my house. It's beautifully maintained and frequently a nice quiet spot to have a picnic with friends. Plenty of shaded areas with clean bathroom facilities in the park and Albert Park village nearby.
It's well located & pleasant. Nice mature trees & plenty of shade - important on a day like today. Two swing sets, too.
