Went there last Friday nothing beats traditional Italian food With great service highly recommend this place

I'm surprised with some of the reviews here. Our experience was really good. The waiter was very attentive and the place was clean and inviting. We both got pizzas and they were delicious with fresh produce for toppings. Oizza basebwas thin but what you'd expect from a wood fired pizza. Could potentially be perceived as a bit expensive however I thought it was fine. Will most likely give it another shot and try the pasta next.

Abysmal service and pizzas at this "upscale" pizzahut. Drinks are heavily overpriced! The owner roberto is completely overbearing and rude. Must be from all the years in 'the closet'. Don't think he's cut out for food service industry. Maybe he can get his lovely ladyboy to take over?

Coming from Italy had big expectations of finding quality pizza? Found nothing but a burnt base and nothing on top!
Not a happy customer, would give 0 if possible. Service not good, management very poor skills. Not authentic at all.ciao.

Have tried to eat at this place on numerous occasions and it is closed. Not open for lunch.opens at 4: 30 and tried again temporarily closed?
I'm not happy, summer holidays should be over and all restaurants open for business not closed. Will try again to score the overall ambience.

Modern shop not very big place. Ordered a pizza for dinner, which was soggy and didn't have much on it.
Very expensive and I wasnt really happy with the taste.
Expected more when paying top prices.

Place is way too noisey and lacking atmosphere, negative feel on the night.
Pizza base too hard "totally cooked" and had nothing on top!
Very nice staff I must admit and the place looks a treat. Would like to review in future and see how it goes.

Great experience in the St domenico industry. Had a great night with all 8 of my girlfriends and we had a blast! Food was great I was wanting more so I ended up eating my girlfriends pizza hehe. Service was sharp and very good and food was worth the price $$$. Overall Is a great establishment and I recommend it

Maybe the worst pizza i've ever eaten. Staff are very rude, never been treats in this way. This is not the real italian way!

Had very high expectations as the place is modern looking, would find good pizza.
But very disappointed as pizza was soggy and not much topping. Taste was not great as well for the very heavy price. Not worth the price charged.
Also very noisey small restaurant. Customer service staff ok, manager not ok.

Great GF pizza, often the base is a bit hard and crusty but I couldn’t even tell the difference between this and a non GF pizza. Would definitely come again and recommend!

Looked up this place on line.website stated " commitment to creating upmarket Italian pizzas".
Yes the pricing is very "upmarket". However the pizza I had with my wife was poor, tasted sour, not right.
I would not call this upmarket in taste and quality.
The place looks good but lacks ambience and has a negative feel to it. Staff are great.hierarchy lousy.

Came in for a pizza with the missus. Had high hopes but left short changed.
Was really surprised by the pricing.then I expected top shelf, but very little ingredients and base too burnt. Pizza also had funny taste to it.
Can't recommend wish I could, but on my experience no. Also negative feeling/vibe in place.

Really uncomfortable experience. Awful service and still have not digested that gummy Dough. Very very bad

Good food and service was ok. But it was SO LOUD! All surfaces are hard so even talking across the table was difficult. WE HAD TO SHOUT AT EACH OTHER. At one point, I just out earplugs in. Damping the sound with some panels would be ideal.

Richmond’s Best Pizza
In Richmond just up on Bridge Street, St Domenico’s is my favourite place for traditional Italian pizza.

My personal recommendation is their San Danielle.

Great service and it’s quick too. They do take away, but I’d suggest collecting it yourself.

We initially ordered our meal via Uber Eats but after waiting ages and not getting a complete order (completely due to a fault of the uber driver) we went into the restaurant to address the issue. We were listened to respectfully and was offered a replacement meal at no charge. The service was great and the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend eating here and looking forward to going back next time. And most importantly the kids loved it!

I’m a massive pizza head and St Domenico does it quite well. I’ve been here several times and think it’s the best pizza on Bridge Rd.

This place is beyond the joke, the owner should be ashamed, pack you're things and go home, you're ridiculos! You're rude, hospitality is an unknown word for you. You're food just average, service poor. Overall overpriced. For the other customers STOP supporting this business. This business with that owner should not be on the market. He doesn't deserve staff and customers.
