Give these guys a wide birth! They took no responsibility for there actions only to give excuses back blaming everything but themselves!
Attention to detail was non existent and felt when I brought these issues up they staff where insulted as if I was to blame.
I will now take my vehicle else where and pay another company to fix their mistakes.
Poor form!

My reverse sensors on my Toyota Camry were obliterated during a rear-end accident. Toyota had discontinued this part and I thought there was no hope left and I would never be able to fix this part again. I'm very happy and lucky to have discovered Everything 4WD, I'd highly recommend this business. They are professional, good customer service and took care of my car with no problem. Brand new reverse sensors were painted and properly installed with high standards. I have not used any other services at this shop, so I wouldn't know, but they do have a good range of speakers and cool accessories that you should check out.

Fantastic business. Wanted to fit a stereo to my jetski. Salesman was extremely helpful. They sold me very good quality products that worked very well. Even happier after putting ski on the water to test it out. I am very pleased with ssv mitcham

Installed a Kenwood unit, fit perfectly and fast, fantastic service! Took their time to explain how the unit works after installation too!

The best price in Melbourne for a quality set up after ringing and visiting multiple places. Service was easy and install by ALLTRANS was accurate and precise. I'll never use ARB they are cheap and nasty had problems for years after.

Outstanding service all round. To begin with, Dom spent ages on the phone with me discussing the various options. I ended up choosing an Alpine Halo9 Head Unit with Reversing Camera. They also installed Cruise Control. The entire experience was painless and very professional. When I picked up the car, a very nice and knowledgeable young man spent at least 20 minutes with me in the car explaining the features of the radio and cruise control. I cannot fault the service, thank you guys.

Good service bought sub, amp and line converter got the delivery the next day and system sounds great no complaints

I purchased a package deal from them for my commodore on the 19/08/20 and not even 24 hours later it arrived. Everything was nicely packaged and the service over the phone was A1. A special mention for the owner/manager Mango as he went above and beyond and delivered what he promised.

This is a great place to buy car audio, a little on the expensive side but that’s overcome by the service.

Very professional company, SSV installed a head unit, speakers, amp and front/rear dash cam. The job was very well done and no problems, I even got upgraded to the next head unit, for a fraction of the cost. No hesitation to recommend SSV to anyone, just visit the website for prices and items you want.

Perfect place for your audio needs. Friendly staff. Excellent and meticulous installs as expected. Had my hi end audio speakers, wires, amps, stereo, pillars and car boot done with awesome recommendations as well. I'm very happy with their workmanship. Will be back for another upgrade soon.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I purchased an Alpine Halo 9 unit and it arrived promptly. It was, however, missing a cable. Teri at the Thomastown Store asked me to call her to discuss it.

I tried to book the car in with them to install the unit to save them the extra freight costs for me to return it to them and for them to send a working unit to me.

Prior to transferring the call to a different department, Teri asked me to advise the person of what was resolved between us.

I asked her if she would advise them when she transferred the call to them and she said she wouldn’t, She advised that it was “easier if you did it”

I advised her that I felt that to not advise them of what we had resolved would be make it my problem and that her actions were not customer focused. She disagreed and stood by her decision. I asked her when she had last completed any customer service training and she advised that she had never completed any.

There are lots of places to buy if install an aftermarket entertainment unit, my suggestion is to use a company that is customer focused prior to the installation. I can only imagine their attitude if there was a loose wire or rattle after the installation.

SSV Mitcham did a great job with the installation of the Alpine system into my Golf. When I had a problem with the system they went out of their way to resolve the issue promptly. I am very happy with the service and support they have provided.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately they couldn't help with my needs but refunded the returned part I had bought. And gave me some helpful advice. Highly recommend for auto electrics and sound systems.

Got my head unit installed by the guys at ssv mitcham on the weekend. Very happy that they were able to do it as I didn't have a booking. Will be going back next time for anything else audio that I need done.

Went in to get a security system installed in my SS, now I've always been a very "if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself" guy but unfortunately I was out of my depth on this one so I approached the team at SSV in Mitcham to do the install and I've got to say I was blown away by the quality of work, within 3 hours they had the whole system installed and working and if you can see any sign of them being there you've got a better eye than me, they were even nice enough to reconnect my heater switch which I didn't even know was disconnected, 11/10 review worth every cent and will definitely be coming back in the future

After selling a car with a fully installed custom stereo I went to SSV Mitcham to check out their range.

I was impressed with the store layout and was assisted by both Sam and Dom with regard to the different priced speaker options to go in my Ford Ranger. Sam provided 3 options on a quote on the same day I visited the store. The itemised quote was great for me as I like to research the items I am purchasing fairly heavily before committing to the purchase. Sam never pushed me to buy instead providing information on each line item giving me confidence the purchase was right.

Once installed I returned to SSV as the front passenger side tweeter sounded a bit crackly. In 2 hours the tweeter was out, the team proactively advised the back speaker was also a little distorted and both were replaced.

Due to the current retail market I get the minimal staff approach. However to get staff who are keen to help is a massive tick and the after purchase service is top notch hence the 5 star rating.
