Disgusting service from Management in Keilor. Honestly wouldn't even give it 1 star but had no choice otherwise I couldn't put a review. Would not recommend anyone to SSV.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with their installation.
They installed Alpine speakers and amp on my Landcruiser 100 series. The amp is always on and if I don’t drive the car for 3 days my 2 batteries will be flat. Also, the amp hasn’t been installed properly and it’s turn on and off multiple times while driving. The amp I bought is waterproof (KTA30FW) and has a cover on the adjustment switch which the installer didn’t put it on and didn’t give it to me so it’s literally not waterproof now.
Will go there next week to fix it or ask for a refund.

Got my Pioneer sound sytem here and got it fitted also, but not to happy about prior service sales rep did not want to spend any time with me to explain things basicaly buy it or hit the road

Good customer service, however, I asked for a rear-end camera that came with the head-unit I purchased, but they upgraded the camera without telling me and wanted to charge me over $200 for it.

Awesome job on my 79 cruiser! Workmanship from the guys in the workshop was spot on, Thanks Andrew and Simon! Great guys that really know there stuff. Gonna make my trip up north even better. I’ll be telling everyone where to go cheers guys!

I know a few people have written negative feedback on here since Craig left (and in particular the service provided by an older gentleman that was there whilst a replacement was found for Craig). I unfortunately believed it and went elsewhere and completely regret it. I spoke to Simon who is the new store manager (and the new store owner Andrew) and they are amazing - I saw Simon today and he is so incredibly knowledgeable and I cannot recommend him highly enough. SSV Keilor is back with a vengeance!

Workmanship of this place has gone downhill since Craig left, and the price has doubled.
About 4 months ago I had a head unit installed into my car;
Air con worked fine prior to the install. However over summer the air con wasn't working, I couldn't adjust where the air would come, and have discovered that it was never connected back. I assumed it was just an aircon regas but luckily someone actually took the time to investigate and saved me a heap of money.
I do not mind paying for good work, but when I am paying a price like that and get sloppy work it's thoroughly disappointing.
I have been shopping at SSV for well over 5 years, and I am now done. I will be finding a different place for anything audio related.
Bring Craig back!

Went to buy a top of the range pioneer head unit from ssv Keillor spoke to Craig, very helpful even recommended me to wait a week or two if I wasn’t in a hurry because pioneer was doing a rebate.
Best price plus a rebate thanks Craig outstanding service.
