Had these guys install an Apple car play in my car. Great work and efficient. Bought a new iPhone 15 and it wouldn’t work with it. They booked it in and did a software update and it works well again. So happy.

Bad customer service. Kept saying they will call me back to confirm but never got back. Said they issue back deposit and still haven’t received it. Don’t bother with this place

Great sound systems, and if you have an issue they are all too happy to help. Alpine system is great, I've put one in my 4x4 and one in missus's car as well.

Took my subwoofer box here to get the hole cut a little bigger as the subwoofer I bought would not quite fit. Simon fixed it for me and the sub fit perfect. Thanks again. I appreciate the excellent service. Cheers.

Great head unit installation. Fantastic camera. Could not recommend Simon and the team at SSV more. I'd give them 6 if I could.

Got a sound system installed with recommendations from Simon. Had a issue with the Sound System after recieving the car (blown fuse). I brang it back the next morning and they dropped everything to get the issue fixed. Brandon the technician who installed the system rectified the issue and i would now highly recommend this business.

Recently got the works installed on my car. Sound and security. The staff af SSV were incredible! They spent a considerable amount of time walking me through what they thought I should do, and were super informative. Would definitely recommend their business to anyone. Easy 5/5 stars.

Went into the Keilor store on Saturday just wanted to upgrade my oem speakers on a budget.got great advice from Simon who got me onto a brand i hadn't even heard of, got home and installed them, and they sound great.thanks for the awesome service. Highly recommend and will use again.

Owner was very critical and dismissive of Chinese knock offs.insisted on Alpine system installed with reverse camera. Initially all okay until reverse camera stopped working, upon inspection, installer did not place wiring inside loom hole of vehicle and subsequently luggage in boot rubbed on camera cable and severed it.took it back, repaired it at no cost but this time installer misplaced seat belt clips from back seat. Never Again.

DO NOT BOTHER - go elsewhere.

Booked in supply and install alarm, GPS tracking and Head-unit for an R32 GTR.

Firstly the remote start function was not installed correctly to a manual vehicle. Install was delayed first time round.
After I was told the job was completed and I went to pick it up, the vehicle failed to start with the key. Left it with them over-night after a 1 hour wait while they looked at it, was called in again the next day and told the car was "finished".

It was not.

Problems:

1. My original key was broken in half and called a fake.
2. Car would hesitate before attempting to crank multiple times.
3. Ignition barrel extremely tight and difficult to turn, explaining my broken key.
4.4WD light on and no 4WD operation. Likely ripped out wiring at ECU.
5. Remote Start function not working.
6. Second remote not working
7. Climate control dead.

Had to wait until the new year as they were closing up end of 2020. Brought the car back again, most issues finally fixed except 4WD problem. Now have to waste more time and money taking it to someone who has half a clue.

Simon (the store manager) is a good bloke to be fair and I kind of felt sorry for him, he seemed genuinely embarrassed by the workmanship and the issues were only sorted (not even fully) after he took over the job the third time round. However, signing off on the vehicle TWICE, telling me it's good to go when it clearly wasn't is nowhere near good enough.

Take your time, money and your pride and joy elsewhere, anywhere, just not here.

The Customer service you get from here, is of the HIGHEST STANDARD. I was looking to fit out my brothers car with the latest head unit and a quality amp, The PRICES I found here were EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE. I was also recommended a universal bracket for the head unit which did not fit in the slightest and when I contacted customer support they were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and remedied the situation to ensure I was happy.

I just experienced great in-store customer service from Simon & the guys. They were super busy, but he still answered all my questions & got my issue sorted out.

Have no idea what they are doing, sell products that don't even do what they say they do. Try to blame the product aka Kenwood have a problem with andriod.so i called Kenwood, they have no problems, ssv sold me a produced that didn't even do what they said it did.just trying to rip people off

They fixed a bad install within an hour or two of my phonecall and the price was good. Thanks boys. Im jivin again and my daughter doesnt tell me to turn the stereo off due to the engine whine that is no longer present. Thanks for everything. Really made my day! Jared Sp20.

Great place to get a system installed, very knowledgeable. They do a really clean job. I am very happy with my setup.

It was all great until I actually got some work dome on the car, could have done it myself but figured let the experts do it. Then had to guide them in how to put the car back together correctly. I'll save my money if there's ever another time.

Not happy. Convinced hubby to pay $150 extra for the 'experts' to install our speakers. Broken clips not replaced, mess left in foot well, door trim not put back on properly. Not worth the money when hubby just needs to fix their poor workmanship.
