Squires Loft Cheltenham

Excellent service, Good atmosphere, very friendly staff It was my partner and myself first time we visited. The food was amazing. We both ordered the Scotch fillet done medium with the mushroom sauce and a side Greek salad. Both had a glass of wine the night was worth every cent.

I recently dined at Squires Loft in Cheltenham, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The star of the show was undoubtedly the steak – perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The quality of the food was exceptional, and it's evident that they take great care in selecting their cuts.

This place is lovely. Hoping to go back again. Looking forward to trying other Squires Loft. The Mornington one is a good choice

Ate in the private dining room for a family function. Service and food superb. Even the coffee was hot which it so often isn't.
Only tiny quibble is the steak knives aren't serrated, which makes cutting even the tenderest steak a bit of a chore. Apart from that, a great night!

Ordered the t-bone medium rare and it was absolutely chewy with minimal flavour. Not to mention the rude waiters absolutely 0 customer service.

Amazing place, Great staff, and a wonderful experience. Had my anniversary and they just made the night special as they were kind and welcoming. 100% would recommend everyone to go here.

Extremely disappointed. This is the second time I’ve been to this restaurant and both times it’s been an atrocious experience.

This is a shame because I’ve dined at other Squires Loft restaurants such as Docklands, South Yarra and Albert park and the service and quality of food at those restaurants have been amazing (5 Stars).

The problem with this restaurant starts with the manager at the front desk.

The star of the show was definitely the staff. I used to work at Crown and these waitresses who served us tonight were much better than the crown standard. Great work.
The steaks: really not great. Actually disappointing. I ordered a medium steak, and it was on the rare side of rare. Chips were good.
I'd rate this place 3 stars, but it would be unfair to the staff. They made this overall a good experience.

2nd occasion for a visit & so impressed not only with the quality of the food which is top notch, but the stellar staff. Knowledgeable, helpful and courteous, who could ask for more. Excellent! Look forward to our next reason to celebrate

Got 8 hours slow cooked beef ribs like rubber not good atall if i wanted a tire I’d go to the garage sorry guys but that’s the truth they told me they would give me a new one but it would take 25 tn 30 minutes not very good

Called in prior to work party with concerns as I am gluten and dairy free due to medical reasons. We were assured that there were plenty of options available. Upon arrival we found plenty of entree items (I had 1 chicken skewer with a very small and dry salad), 2 sauce options for the meat (I had a terrible overpowering bbq sauce) and absolutely no dessert options. Whole party complained of being chilled by air-conditioning which was eventually turned off. Won't bother going there again. Very disappointed.

Literally the worse customer service and then even ruder manager when you have a problem about the service, just money hungry and have lost the care about putting in the effort for what was such a high end and beautiful company the original squires loft was and experience that you’d leave being fulfilled with a beautiful meal and amazing service, this was the total opposite

If there is a zero star I would give it! I don’t usually write reviews but for this one I have to. The rudest staff I have ever across with And resist I guess they have been smiling and being nice every other table but not for us. No communication they coma and grab things with out saying anything or asking if we are finished. The food oh my goodness I have no word just I have never had such a steak in my life the steak was so disgusting I had to force my self to swallow to make my bf happy because he made the effort to take us there for my birthday so disgusting there are a lot of places with better steak and better price and best customer service and also while we r eating they came and ask if we want to order dessert really this place spoiled by Birthday vibe I would never go back there and won’t recommend it to anyone

I’m not one to give negative reviews but the service here is absolutely disgusting.
If I could give this place 0 for service I would.
My partner and I were shocked at how rude and unwelcoming the staff were.
The waitresses here have some serious attitude problems and made me feel very uncomfortable; especially the brunette girl with the American accent… she really shouldn’t be working in hospitality

Spent $200+ for a couple steaks and my rib eye was dry and tough (I spent most my dinner trying to get my knife through the thing) but my partner’s steak was the better of the two.
The steaks were seasoned well though & the chips were good

It’s a shame because the squires loft has potential, but it’s not worth supporting a business with service this atrocious.
Don’t waste your time going here.

My meat was over cooked as well as the sausage I ordered. Ceasar salad the worst I've ever had. Wine wasn't offered to taste before ordering.

I order rib eye and I ordered it blue. It came out just the way that I liked it! Service was on point and would recommend.
Mind you, parking is shocking. So come early and there might be a chance that you need to drive around trying to find parking.
