Meal cold and very unattractive. Potatoes taste like they sat there all day. Toppings just thrown on top. Uneatable.

Some ingredients could be fresher, particularly the carrots, however over all yummy and enjoyable. It would also be good if workers wore gloves while cutting the veges and handling food.

Ordered an aloha salmon poke bowl and Mexican chicken spuds on EatClub. When we arrived to pick up our order, we were told that they were short on the salmon for the poke bowl and asked us to pick a replacement for the salmon. We picked the chicken parma, and was rejected when we asked for a bit more than what she gave us as we thought this small amount of chicken (just two strips) did not compensate the fact we did not receive what we initially ordered. The poke bowl did not taste that good either. The Mexican chicken was average tasting and included some not so fresh unpeeled carrots.

Literally the most artificial, old, bland and disgusting food i’ve ever experienced from a restaurant.i couldn’t even eat it.i wanted to cry because my salad bowl cost $20 and it was so terrible.i don’t think serving something so disgusting should be tolerated.i want my money back.gross!

Do not waste your money buying food from this place. Here are my reasons:
- It was very hard to find the protein. It was 98% vegetables.
-Tiny portion.
-Vegetables with no flavor at all.
It was my first time buying food from them and I totally regret it. For sure, it will be the last one as well.

Never ate at a Spudbar before trying one here, it has become a daily Routine now in the lockdown.

The most horrid food I’ve ever tasted, it was worse than an airplane meal. Soggy potato and lettuce, expired avocado, bitter hummus. Horrible, horrible, horrible! Don’t waste your money with this place! All the food tasted like had been sitting there for months!

My friend and I got take away from here and it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. The food was revolting and we couldn’t even eat it. It tasted off and the avocado and salmon tasted like it was taken straight out of the trash. Waiter was nice, but the food was so bad. I can’t believe this shop is still open.

Don’t eat from here! I found a maggot in my food, I’ve probably ate more then one! I’m so disgusted. Shame I can’t post the video I’ve recorded. Please don’t go here

Today was a really bad experience. I ordered a Bolognese meat bowl.when I started eating I feel a strange smell.and I discovered that the food doesn't have meat and the sweet potato wasn't peeled.
I couldn't eat it because it was disgusting. I couldn't bring back the food because I am busy if not for sure I take it back and to tell them please don't give this kind of food to the customer. It was SpudBar Clarendon St.

Today was the worst experience.i always go to buy there because was nice and fresh but today the treatment of the personal was bad. I bought two bowls and then with my friend when we start to eat it. We taste that the avocado and the enemame was old, the food taste a fridge. So I came back if there was any chance to change the bowls because we already mix it and taste so badly and the personal start to be so rude and taste the avocado that of course was old. The enemame looks old everything looks like was for the last day. I'm really disappointed because was another ways. And in the pictures you can see that the food dont look fresh.

My husband and I have been coming to this Spud Bar in South Melbourne for years. We've always loved the service. Lately however, since they have this new lady as the service staff, the portion has become a KIDS portion. Very disappointed. Not just the portion, the service too. Spud Bar management, you should consider replacing your service staff in this store.

Try the new Chicken Schnitzel and gravy soup!

The gravy looked like cloudy water.
The chicken tasted like frozen home brand chicken you'd pick up from your local supermarket.

When we asked the staff about the gravy her only response was "yes its gravy"

Generous portions at very reasonable price. Loved it. The food was amazing for sure. And i'm a big fan now.
Few things could have been better
- aircon for inside seating
- lower prices for extra toppings.i mean a dollar each for 2 slices of pineapple and 2 slices of cucumber was costly
- option to have more veggies by reducing baked potatoes (3 was definitely too much)

A customer of Spudbar since 2015, but due to COVID-19 haven't been there of late. The staff are always friendly and very COVID-19 safe. You can eat in or out, take away or order online. Online packaging is secure and quick.

Spudbar sits along Clarendon St, South Melbourne and is a healthy substitute for the many greasy takeaway places around the area.

You can choose some of the set options Meat or poke bowls, salads or build your own. There are different meal sizes, including the snack version, packed in a small cardboard box.

Recommendations
NEW - The Schnitzel and Gravy Bowl - sweet potato [can have other types], surrounded by pumpkin, corn, peas, gravy and topped with garlic butter, buffalo and tasty cheese. Enough for a main meal or hearty lunch.
Try their Nutella or chocolate brownies as they are freshly baked and enough for a small treat.

So healthy and so many choices to make a big yummy lunch and it comes in a handy take away bowl to easily eat at the park.

Amazing service! Always servers with smile and quick, size is very generous and taste delicious every time. Great price for the amount of food you get, and presentation was spot on️Love this place.

Great food, many healthy options, good place for casual dine in. Service is great, friendly staff.

I usually eat chilli bean and salsa but last time when I visit this store I just tried a new item named chicken Parma it was amazing I enjoyed it a lot.
