But, when you leave me waiting in your store without any acknowledgement for 10 minutes, then to tell me you are out of most main ingredients then I can no longer be patient. Improvements please?

Went there for the first time and looked like a nice place until I ordered the food I thought it was going to be put into an oven, so I was quite surprised when she said no it melts by itself the potatoes were just placed in a bowl.
Now I think I suffered from a bout of food poisoning as I started experiencing violent pains soon after.
Now I can't eat anything for the next few days
