Not the best tasting spud especially when skin is removed. All healthiness removed by the copious amount of sour cream and less filling

The food, despite being 100% gluten-free was a little disappointing.
The seating is cramped and effectively consists of a few tables, so sitting down to eat your meal is difficult if, as on our visit, some people decided to finish their meals and stay to chat for ages. The only unoccupied table took some time to be cleaned.
The preparation is a little strange in that they cut up the potato with scissors? I think it would look better if this was done with a knife.
I had the Mexican Chicken Spud, where I was told that there was no Jalapeno or Chipotle, but I could have Southwest or Sriracha instead? (not very Mexican). The balance of salad/spud to other ingredients was a little strange i.e. A ladle full of sweet corn kernels?
My wife asked for the (what looked like very appealing on the picture), Parmigiana Spud, this apparently need to be "cooked", this took around 10 minutes. However, this Spud fared somewhat better with the proportions and presentation, BUT, although the coating was gluten-free, (we double checked), the "chicken parmigiana" was nothing more than chopped "chicken nugget". Or similar material.
Perhaps I was expecting a little more quality from this place, as other family members are regulars, the rating from me this time is only a 2 star

As healthy a diet as I get nowdays.about the only time you will catch me eating a non meat themed meal. My orders may still contain meat however. XD

Tried it for the first time today. I didn’t realize how big the bowl was so half way through I was stuffed. I know for next time though. It was really good and fulfilling (probably because of the potatoes lol) but still good. Happy I finally tried it

Not that overly enthused by the place. Food is not bad. Presentation could be better. A bit expensive. Really not impressed at the fact that you use scissors to chop the spud with.

Health food option close to house is like blessing. Been there couple of times. Staff members were nice, friendly and helpful when asked for advice.

Delicious baked potatoes and baked sweet potato too, with numerous fillings. Very fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Obviously the owners have changed, and wow what a change! Servings are considerably smaller for the same old price. Sweet potatoes still had the hard ends on them. Service is lacking friendliness. It's all about the money. Shop is lacking atmosphere.

I used to come and eat here whenever I visited werribee plaza. Everything was spot on with the previous owners until today, the service was terrible, place was unclean and unprofessional. I got charged $14.60 for the snack size bowl which is ridiculous! I told the lady this is the same price i pay for the large! She said yes carelessly and just waited for the payment. Stay away

Not my first choice of eat outs, but wow. The prices are quite value-some for the food amount. The spuds aren't the dry gluggy as you'd expect from a "fast food" spud joint. Give it a go, I promise you that you won't be disappointed.

Food was better than expected (didn't really want to go there) but the overwhelming potato smell makes dining in a bit uncomfortable. As potatoes are their primary ingredient, this is probably difficult to avoid.

Regular customer! Always enjoyed my spuds but since new owners sad to say has gone down hill, increased prices as well as serve sizing has minimized, workers are lost and can't make my spuds the way they use to be!

Iv loved spud bar for so long and I'm so happy it's now in the west. Massive servings for the price, I never go away unsatisfied. Love the pulled pork on sweet potato

Haven't been for AGES! Am so sorry. However the staff and girls are professional, polite and have beautiful customer service manners. I remember Jess and Steph and know other faces but forgotten some names.sorry! It's the baby brain.
Yes but all very personable.
They've never run out of a spud on me. Sometimes there's no more sweet. Sometimes no more original. But it's ok because I like both.

I'll come by again for sure! Just work so far away now so hard to get a chance:)
