Spudbar Pacific Werribee. Absolute rip off.pay for bacon as an extra & get 8 tiny bacon cubes. My daughter even had to ask for more than 3 bits of spring onion. NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. I PROMISE THIS TIME!

Workers were extremely rude and dismissive.they also laughed at another customer after they left whilst in earshot of them.don’t think i will be coming back anytime soon.

Extremely sick after eating here from gluten. Only place I ate today. Sick for hours and hours after taking 6 buscopan. Not sure if the workers ate gluten or something on break or just aren’t educated but really upset and angry

Worst SpudBar ever! I forgot I wasn’t supposed to come back here, but never again. Who can eat this thick cabbage?

The worst. More interested in sitting out the back on their phones in full view of customers. Have no idea what they’re doing and never listen. Food is sloppy.

Delicious and abundant. It took me a couple of minutes to understand what was it about: basically is a boiled potato or sweet potato with different toppings. I tried the schnitzel one, and was super tasty.

They mismatched our order almost a year back so we can came for redeeming our voucher of 3 meals. The staff understood our concern and gave us 3 meals. Healthy stuff and good customer service.

The Bacon, Mushroom and Salsa was pretty good! Generous serving of toppings, will definitely be back to try the other flavours. The one thing they could improve on is customer service.

The lady on the counter is rude and her body language was so negative. I thought may be once she was in a bad mood or something but No all the time she is like that. I said I don’t want any base because I don’t want to eat any carbs. She said she can’t give me salad without base. Then I said I never heard anything like this in any spudbar frenchaaizi then she said okay she will make it.

I ordered Chill Bean Salsa, I use to it before as well but this time I tried it after a while
They increased the price but unfortunately r quality was better before, dere were two staff members one was ner i guess and other one was very rude

Oven baked potato? !? I received a potato snipped with scissors for approximately 30 seconds until it was mash, watery bolognese. It was a tasteless mush. Im used to baked potato resembling potato with good toppings. This was small, stingy and watery. Big miss for me on my first try.

Had a Hawaiian spud. When asked for sauce they said they have ran out of chipotle sauce. Not at part with other spud bars I have been to. A definite no no for next time.

Nice fresh vegie/vegan spud, just the hummus was too fake tasting, like the cheap ones from woolies or coles, would suggest you guys make your own hoummus would be a nice touch.

No Covid requirements being meet at all.
I walked out and left the food behind. Explain that wastage to who ever owns the place!

Ordered morrocon chickpea @ kale spud it was awful, had no hummus, very less quality, had a tummy upset after eating that.

Yang Lin, the owner of this franchise recently showed up at my cafe, bought one drink, and brought in a full table of food from a competing business! When I pointed out that we don't find that acceptable, he threw a 40 minute tantrum that culminated in him making a mess on our toilet seat!

Ask yourself if this is the sort of person you want responsible for your food.

Always love spud bar but today my husband and I were going to order after the last 2 weeks in lockdown in Melb and everyone still with there masks on etc. We watched the lady behind the counter with her mask under her chin serving a customer so decided to give them a miss.

Always get spud bar when we are out at the shops. Decided to order it with uber eats. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. The potato was colder then the cucumber. The cheese hadn't even melted that was placed on top of the potato showing how cold it actually is. When I called the store I spoke to a lady whose exact words were
"Well you can microwave it" only when I said that's not good enough I paid for hot potato she stated that they just made it so there's no way. They had my order for almost 40 minutes. And its cold. Really not good enough. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Just spent $27.00 on a spud through Uber Eats I can’t eat as I’m allergic to cheese and I DID NOT order cheese for that reason. So what’s on the bloody spud Cheese. Tried to call and you cannot leave a message so this is the next best thing. Not happy Spud Bar.

My apologies spud bar after going to the shop annoyed about the cheese on my spud I was advised cheese is standard on all spuds and I was my error the cheese was placed on it not yours. So for that I give you 5 stars instead of 1. I was the silly person not you.
